Application
High pressure homogenizer is a refined mixture homogeneous liquid material (liquid - liquid, liquid - solid, liquid - powder) and high
pressure delivery of special equipment. It is widely used in food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, fine chemicals and bio-technology
and other fields of production, scientific research and technological development.

1. As a high pressure homogenizer to use: make solid to liquid in the extrusion, high impact and loss of pressure under the action of
swelling and mass triple refined mixture.
Milk, soy milk and other dairy products, liquid materials under high pressure homogenization, liquid fat dairy products can
significantly refine the ball to make it easy digestion and absorption after food products, improve the food value.

Operating Principle
By reciprocating plunger will be sent to processing the material in the form of
homogeneous high-pressure valve, so that material through the valve plate and
the small space between the seat (adjustable), the material moment in the loss of
pressure, turbulence, shear, high-speed collision , expansion of the hole under

Homogeneous valve brief

Install
1. On the bottom are four adjustment screws and pads support, no need for other fixed, if the rubber shock pads laying below pad,
you can further reduce noise and improve the work stationary.
2. In place, the application level leveling feet to ensure a smooth work use.
3. Need to take with clean cool water, can be used polyethylene tube (SG79-75) input, then connect a switch to control the cooling
water flow.
4. The machine entrance and exit pipes are not allowed to install the valve, to avoid boring cars and pipe bursting.
5. Test machine, we should take to move the click, check whether the pulley rotation direction of the arrow signs, if not, to promptly
adjust.

Laboratory homogenizer is mainly used for food, chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and
biotechnology industry in cutting high pressure homogenization and cell splitting process.

Performance and merit
