- Handle all activity in production from warehouse until finish shipment(material,
planning, consumption, quality, compliance in production require from Customer,
manpower)
- Assisted costing team and negotiated with vendors on various prices and schedule of

- Apply Cut to Box system (develop from LEAN Production)
- Set up and establish new production factory in District 12 from 0 become 250 sewer

production in house and sub-contract, incentive to motivate).
- Built up schedule system and control schedule for production. Calculate costing sewing
base on GSD and guide Production Development team (update flowchart and follow
sequence in GSD).
- Monitor planning & delivery performance in house and sub-contract with good quality
and production quantity vs order.
- Make incentive program to motivate production people
- Produce order with small quantity and complicated style with Flatlock and bonding
operation
- Control CSR policy in subcontract.
Achievements:
- Improve efficiency from 30% in begin to average 75% after 01 year.
- Set up and make guide line for SOP for production and RFT policy in production
- Archive RFT from very low in begin (<30%) to 90% now. And target for next 03
months should be 95%
