"Best companies to work for" and similar lists are linked below. Best companies to work for lists are
published by popular magazines, such as Fortune and Forbes, and by job banks, professional
associations and such.
Best companies to work for are selected based on various criteria, depending on the nature of
each list.
For example, some are chosen because they allow "family-friendly" alternative work arrangements,
such as telecommuting and flex hours. See the descriptions under the links below for more
information.
Most best companies to work for lists include company profiles and links to company Web sites, for
finding employment contact information and conducting further research. For those that don't, try
searching the Web for same.

Looking to stake your claim in a large company? Check this list of 100 large companies that are at

Fastest Growing Techs

The 100 fastest growing high-tech companies, according to Business 2.0 Magazine. Hosted by

Forbes Best Companies Lists

Forbes Magazine publishes best companies to work for lists, in addition to several other types of
"best" lists. Examples include the 200 Best Small Companies, 400 Best Big Companies and Fastest-

The Great Place to Work Institute helps Fortune Magazine (linked above) and other publications

Top Entry Level Employers
