ALLOTMENT OF SEATS THROUGH ON-LINE ALLOTMENT PROCESS: ADMISSION PROCEDURE The allotments shall be made through on-line allotment process, for all the candidates who appeared in RPMT-2014, strictly in accordance with the merit list prepared on the basis of marks in RPMT 2014 (Re) (and within same marks on the basis of 10+2 marks in science subjects, no. of attempts in 10+2 and marks in 10 th class), the order of choices / options to be filled in by the candidates in the on-line option form.
For medical and dental courses, the merit shall be considered corresponding to minimum marks obtained in RPMT 2014 (Re) for all categories (as per RUHS ordinance and MCI guidelines) and the order of choices / options to be filled in by the candidates in the on-line option form.

If at any stage, it is found that a candidate has filled the option form / choice form for a course for which he/ she is not eligible as per the prescribed criteria, then he / she will be excluded for allotment for such course(s).
The decision of UG Admission Board shall be final and binding to all. Candidates are advised to secure information regarding the admission from the website of RUHS www.ruhsraj.org and www.rpmt2014.org
After allotment of college and course, candidate is required to take a printout of the allotment letter using candidate login option and report at the allotted college with this printout alongwith requisite documents, in original, and prescribed fee, by the notified date.
Page 6 of 8 Reporting at the allotted college The candidate must bring the following documents in original along with attested copies of documents for verification, at the time of reporting to the allotted college for admission, failing which his/her admission shall be cancelled.

Each candidate shall be required to join the allotted college as per the schedule given in the allotment letter. There is no provision of extension for joining date under any circumstances. The allotment will be firm and final. Change of college/course from one place to another is not permitted. Therefore, request for the same would not be entertained by the Admission Board after the allotment. However, the candidate can opt for second round and subsequent round of counseling for change of college/course as per allotment.
The fact that a candidate has appeared for allotment shall not entitle him/her for allotment reallocation as the same will be subject to availability of seat and acceptance of the available seats at the merit of the candidate.
The selection for this admission will be cancelled if the selected candidates do not report to join the classes on the stipulated date or whose particulars are not found correct or who are not found medically fit.
The selected candidates must also carry all requisite certificates / documents in original along (with attested copies of the same) for verification, at the time of reporting at the allotted college, failing which their admission shall stand cancelled. These original documents may be kept with the institution till completion of the course.
A candidate without Original certificates / documents shall not be allowed to take admission at the allotted college under any circumstances. A candidate who has already been admitted in MBBS course and has deposited his / her certificates in any medical college / institute / university and comes for on-line/ off-line counseling (allotment process) with a certificate stating that his/her original certificates are deposited with the medical college / institute / university (except the college alloted through RPMT-2014), will NOT be allowed to take admission at the allotted college.
Page 7 of 8 The colleges shall be provided the list of candidates allotted. The colleges shall verify the credentials of reporting candidates as per this list and check the documents and other required certificates with originals.
Candidates who have been admitted must join their classes on the date notified.
For medical, dental and pharmacy courses, last date of admission shall be September 30, 2014.
The admissions shall be treated as provisional subject to the final decision of any pending case(s) in any court of law, if applicable to these admissions. Further, the provisional status of admission shall stand cleared only after enrolment by the concerned University.
Medical Examination The selected candidates will be required to undergo medical examination at the Institutions on the notified date(s).
Provided that if any candidate is not able to report for Medical Examination at the Institution on the notified date on medical grounds or due to some other circumstances beyond his/her control and his/her parent/guardian comes in person on his/her behalf for verification of the original certificates to the college he/she will be considered for provisional admission. His / Her formal admission will be confirmed only when he/she is found medically fit and fulfils other requirements before the date of commencement of the class.
Candidates who fail to attend medical examination on the notified date are liable to forfeit their claim for admission and will not be considered eligible for subsequent round.
All selected candidates will be examined by the Medical Board, appointed by the Principal of the respective Medical Colleges, at the medical college allotted to the students on the basis of criteria evolved for the Medical examination by the Principal regarding their general and physical fitness. The candidates found unsuitable will be rejected. The decision of the Medical Board in this respect will be final.
Important: The non-viewing of the RUHS website about allotment information by the candidate shall not be accepted as a ground for non-reporting at the allotted college on the scheduled time and date. The candidate's allotment will stand automatically cancelled if he/she does not report IN PERSON to the allotted college as per the notified schedule.
If at any stage, it is found that a non-eligible candidate is admitted to a course, then the admission of such a candidate will be cancelled on such detection. A penal action may also be initiated against such candidate.
The candidates must present the accepted resignation from the institution he/ she is pursing studies (at present) at the time of reporting. Failure to do so will result in disqualification for admission.
Impersonation If at any stage, it is found that any candidate has indulged in any case of impersonation i.e. not matching the photograph/signature/videograph/documents of the candidates etc. he/she will be handed over to the Police and the cases will be dealt as per the Indian Penal Code in this matter and if required, the cases will be handed over to Police for further investigation. Such candidates will be debarred permanently from taking through RPMT, in future.

Fee structure (Pharmacy) Fee structure for pharmacy courses shall be as per the directions of the State Level Fee Committee. The fee structure for the session 2014-15 is subject to revision shortly by the State Level Fee Committee. The candidates are required to pay the revised fee.
Note: If a candidate is allotted a medical / dental / pharmacy college and in next round(s) upgraded to another medical / dental / pharmacy college then his / her full fee deposited, shall be transferred / refunded (without any deduction) to the college / candidate.
Conditions relating to bond / fee structure for BDS course The candidates selected in Govt. Dental College (RUHS College of Dental Sciences) will have to submit a bond of Rs. 4.0 lacs (Rupees four lacs) in favour of Principal of the said college alongwith Bank Guarantee of Rs. 1.00 lac, if the candidate leaves the course after 8 th September 2014 the Bank Guarantee and Bond will be forfeited by the college.
The candidates admitted to private college will have to deposit fees as decided by the fee Regulation Committee formed by Govt. of Rajasthan for Private College, along with Bank Guarantee of (fees of 3 years) at the time of admission.
For private medical and dental college one week time will be given for bank guarantee. If candidate does not deposit the amount of bank guarantee at the college within a week then the seat will be allotted to next candidate and 25% of fees will be forfeited and remaining amount will be returned to the candidate.
