Organizing
Company make their organization structure
(i.e. General Manager, Ass.GM. Finance mgr,
Production mgr etc.)

branches. ( i.e. Finance, HR, Marketing,
Production, Purchase, Office departments)
Staffing
Company recruits managers, automobile

to use cheap items.
