CORRIDOR C8 (adjacent to room A028) COLLEGIATE HALL

Isolate and disconnect 6no. Double 13amp

sockets and 3 twin data points. Pull cables back
through containment; coil and leave above
suspended ceiling for reinstatement once works
have been carried out. All sockets are to be
retained.
Remove existing 3 compartment trunking from
wall (approx. 6.5m) and store away for future use.
Remove one row of carpet tiles and allow for re-
fixing.
Remove 2no fire extinguishers, 2no emergency
alarms and 2no patresses; retain for re-fixing.
Remove (approx.7m) of skirting board and store
away for reuse.
Hack off existing plaster work in line with
timberwise specification (clay pipes system is to
be retained). Plaster should be removed up to
lower side of windowsill and up to a minimum height of 1m. (Please see drawing 122137-2
/01)
Line wall with slim line mesh membrane and then replaster in accordance with TimberWise
specification.
Leave a drying period of 6 weeks before redecoration works.
Redecorate the treated wall with a water based emulsion paint to match existing. Repainted
wall up to dado rail (approx. 1500mm height).
Reinstate 1 row of carpet tiles.
Reinstate 6no. double 13 amp socks, 3 twin data points and compartment trunking.
Reinstate previously removed skirting board.
Re-fix 2no. patresses, 2no. fire extinguishers and 2 no. emergency alarms.
Ensure site is left clean and tidy throughout the works and on completion.

Isolate 1no radiator; cap off above dado rail.
Remove radiator and store away ready for
reinstatement.
Remove 1no. handrail and store away for reuse.
Remove one row of carpet tiles and allow for re-
fixing.
Remove approximately 5m of skirting board and
store away for reuse.
Hack off existing plaster work in line with
timberwise specification. Plaster should be
removed up to lower side of windowsill and up to a
height of 1m (Please see drawing 122137-2 /01.)
Line wall with slim line mesh membrane and then
