PERSONAL STATEMENT
My name is Francesco Guerra, I live in Buttapietra, near Verona (Italy). In November 2013 I
obtained a Master's Degree in Publishing and Journalism at the University of Verona with 1 st class
honours.
I worked as a steward from November 2006 to December 2009: my duty was to receive visitors and
tourists at the reception of expositions organized by the Museum of Gran Guardia and the
Palazzo della Ragione, both located in Verona. From April 2013 to September 2013 I worked as a
Junior export manager and marketing assistant for a company that produces and sells medical
supplies in domestic and foreign markets: I sent commercial proposals based on selected targets of
clients and I compiled electronic databases using Excel software. I am willing to learn new duties
and tasks, I focus my efforts in accomplishing my commitments whether they are personal or
professional.

I like English creative writing. I also like to be creative and smart in video-editing. I am
interested in film-making and I hope I will improve my abilities in the future. I am interested in
politics and social issues, I engage myself to improve society by reducing greed and inequality;
for this very reason I co-founded an association for social promotion activity named Quartiere
attivo or Active neighbourhood in Janurary 2014 in Verona.
