The client wanted to migrate to a complete web-based design and collaboration environment, which would enable integrated visualization, better WAN performance, improved user interface, and extensive review capabilities. The client also wanted to free themselves from paper based design change request process and move to a more robust method of managing access to the design environment. We helped the client migrate fromPro/I 3.4 to PDMLink8.0. We also undertook systemtesting and business process configuration. We developed an MES for our client with multiple hardware equipment interfaces to acquire data from complex hardware. We custom designed software APIs and classes, integrated with third party ERP and label printing software and QTM/FTS hardware. Our solution also included multilingual support for several international languages. Our on time, within budget, zero-defect delivery helped our client significantly lower their total cost of ownership (TCO) for the multi-geography multi-location MES rollout. Our client wanted to switch to Enterprise PLM/PDM Platform with enhanced functionalities. They also needed to retire their old Pro/Intralink 3.3 and PDMLink 8.0 systems, and move to a web-based design and collaboration environment, with better WAN performance. We helped our client migrate and upgrade to PDMLink 9 in one go. This was executed by a complex Pro/Intralink Gateway upgrade and a Pro/I migration and subsequent Windchill upgrade.
