Parents

The development of a human being from a small, tiny and dependent creature to a muscular, strong
and independent man is astonishing. The vulnerable child learns to face the hardships and
complexities of this world by only one tool 'Parents'. A shady tree, that is the most suitable word for
parenthood, provides and protects the buds until they blossom to maturity and are ready to
experience the rainy season on their own.
Great responsibility of upbringing a child can only be fulfilled with honesty and sincerity. Hence the
parents are the purest form of love. God has made a special arrangement to shelter his creatures by
inducing the motherhood and fatherhood in woman and man. These dormant psychological motives
of life are intrigued by the birth of an offspring and continue to reinforce all through the life. These
emotions provide strength to the new parents to watch the back of their child and stand by him in all
tough times.
A child has a very small vision of life, his needs are limited to hunger and this exposure grows and
modifies according to the eyes of his parents. The teachings and trainings at the initial stage of life
play a key role later in life in determining the personality of a grown man. Thus parents are not only
provider of basic needs such as food, shelter and security but they are also determiner of primary
traits of their life to help them in becoming responsible citizens in future.
In a nutshell, parents have to take every step of upbringing of a child with great care and vigilance.
Parents' responsibility does not have a definite time period but it spreads to their whole life. Parents
are the door of happiness in life and the significance of their struggle to protect their children cannot
be more emphasized.

What a wonderful sound
Have you ever felt the urge of escaping to the country side, away from the mechanics of the civic
society and the noise pollution which tears your mind apart? Have you ever wondered what makes
the country side so special and so soothing? You may have Yes it gives me pleasure because I dont
have to see my boss (read wife) there as an answer, but the real thing is the quietness of the village
life. The sounds sounds of the shrieking roosters in the early morning, the chirping birds at the
dawn, the calm of the running water along the canals, the disturbing yet beautiful noise of crickets in
the evening, and the sound of silence all make up the beauty of the nature.
Sounds play a very important role in our daily life. They can actually boost up our mood
within minutes and depress us as well (that depends on the kind of sound you are listening to).
Movie makers use sound effects to practically alter the whole milieu of a scene. A happy girl running
in a jungle scene can be aired as a horror clip if played with mysterious sounds. Its all in the music.
The human ear is accustomed to listening sounds between the range of 20Hz-20kHz. This is a
wide range (although dogs have an even wider range, that helps them be a part of spy agencies), and
we can listen to a variety of sounds ranging from soothing and slow to shrieking and fast. Humans
tend to enjoy the relaxing sounds that are closer to the nature. They help us set the mood for sleep
and many other routines that we natively enjoy.
For a healthy life, sounds play a role as important as anything else. So listen to the silence,
and keep yourself focused on the sounds of nature and

The recent discovery that political parties had barred women in Lower Dir from voting
has turned out to not be an isolated incident. Another agreement has now surfaced,
showing that political parties in Upper Dir also mutually agreed to effectively
disenfranchise female voters in the region.
Women denied their right to vote
The weaker sex has always been prevented from taking active parts in politics but the situation has
taken a threatening shape in the elections 2013, where women were thrown out of the electoral
process in a systematic way. According to the written proofs, all of the party candidates of PK-93 and
PK-95 signed a binding to alienate female voters from the voting process.
Recounting paid off
PML- N lost its key seat in Taxilla after the recounting of votes. The recounting resulted in the victory
of Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaf (PTI) candidate's Siddiq Khan. The votes of 6 polling stations of PP- 7
brought waves of happiness in the PTI supporters.
