The Ex Parte Application for an Order Enforcing Prior Order for Approval of Stipulation
for Settlement of Claims ("Application"), filed by Plaintiffironridge Global IV, Ltd. ("Plaintiff")
and against Defendant ScripsAmerica, Inc., ("Defendant"), came on for hearing on May 6, 2014 at
8:30 am in Department 58 of the above-entitled court, the Honorable Rolf M. Treu., Judge
presiding. Plaintiff appeared by counsel Mark A. Vega of Incite Law Group, Inc. and Defendant
appeared by counsel Carlos Needham of the Law Office of Carlos Needham.
The Court having considered the Application and supporting papers, the prior order of this
Court dated November 8, 2013 approving the settlement of the matter ("Prior Order"), the oral
arguments of counsel, and good cause appearing therefor,

[PROPOSED] ORDER FOR ORDER ENFORCING PRIOR ORDER FOR APPROVAL OF STIPULATION FOR
SETILEMENT OF CLAIMS

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Prior Order, including the stipulated settlement agreement of the parties
3 ("Stipulation") attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference, remains in full
4 force and effect;
5 2. This Court has the jurisdiction to entertain the current application seeking ex parte
6 enforcement of the settlement pursuant to Cal. Code Civ. Proc. Section 664.6 as specified in
7 paragraph three (3) of the Prior Order;
8 3. Defendant, its officers and directors including CEO and Director, Robert
9 Sch_neiqerman @d CFOJeffrey J. Andrews, its attorney Carlos Needham and law firm The Law
10 Office of Carlos E. Needham and Defendant's stock transfer agent shall, within 24 hours of the
11 issuance of this order take all steps necessary to issue for the benefit of Plaintiff 1,646,008 shares
12 of Defendant's common stock in accordance with the Prior Order and currently owed to and
13 requested by Plaintiff.
14 4. Defendant, its officers and directors including CEO and Director, Robert
15 Schneiderman and CFO Jeffrey J. Andrews, its attorney Carlos Needham and law firm The Law
16 Office of Carlos E. Needham and Defendant's stock transfer agent are hereby restrained and
17 enjoined from issuing or transferring any shares to any other person or entity until Defendant is in
18 complete compliance with this Order.

5. Plaintiff shall submit a declaration setting forth the amount of attorney fees, costs
and expenses incurred in pursuing enforcement of the settlement through the ex parte motion and
ordered to pay same pursuant to paragraphl8 of the Stipulation.
6. The Calculation Period has not yet completed thus there may be future Additional
Issuance required under the Stipulation. Thus, this Court shall retain jurisdictio
terms of this Order by an application or motion under California Code of
664.6.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
