Just a note that this space is very tight when
I scaled in an ADA Sink. Might be wise to
measure twice and frame once to be sure we
get the 5 ADA clearance circle into this
space. The trash can shown will just fit into
the area by the pump room door.

6. Meeting Room
Jeff ~

This is a quick 3D Section
of the meeting room area
under and around the
stairs. I have some
questions about how the
drywall should finish out in
this space. Kathleen
would like to maximize
any and all options to use
the space for storage. If
you can spare me a free
moment we can meet
online and I can show you
the space vi a screen
Then we can put in the
options that are available
to her as an elevation
reference for framing and
drywall.

Just gi ve me a cal l
anytime!

The ceiling fans need to mount on the beam to be level.
This gets a bit tricky when considering the supports
needed for the suspended lights. There is enough
room to do it, but it will require some careful
measurements.

I am showing the suspended ceilings at 2 thick with the
top of the ceiling level with the 8 finish height of the
walls.
