Ex Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Iftikhar Chaudhry involvement in the rigging of

the General Elections of 2013.

Ex CJP was indebted to PMLN for active men and material support in his restoration as
CJP.

Ex CJP connection with Justice Ramday is well established and known.

Ex CJP took an unprecedented tour of Pakistan, particularly in Punjab and addressed
DROs/ROs who were performing election duties.

After the election of May 2013 Ex CJP sent out messages in public commending the
worked done by the ROs for Free and Fair elections. Whereas all the political parties
complained about the fairness of the election.

AFTER RETIRING AS CJP CHAUDHRY IFTIKHAR HAS RECENTLY VISITED QUETTA
BALUCHISTAN WHERE HE WAS RECEIVED AT THE QUETTA AIRPORT BY ACTING CHIEF
JUSTICE OF BALUCHISTAN ALONGWITH OTHER SERVING JUDGES. THIS HAS NEVER
HAPPENED IN THE HISTORY OF PAKISTAN.HE WAS ALSO SENT BULLET PROOF CARS
FROM THE GOVERNOR AND CHIEF MINISTER SECRETARIAT AND GIVEN PROTOCOL
NEVER EVER DONE BEFORE.

During the visit to Quetta the Ex CJP publicly announced in a reception that if the
present Government of Nawaz Sharif and others was removed by agitations, he would
take upon himself to lead the lawyers march to help preserve the present Governments.
Such utterances are unlawful for non-political public office holders as they cannot
engage themselves in any political activity for at least a period of two years.
