consultant, are asked to analyse the situation, and give recommendations on the way forward to implement this strategy. As part of this, you are asked to:
1. Identify the elements of the Business Model that cloud computing as a new opportunity could transform,
2. Describe the Business Concept, that outlines the vision of this future business model,
3. Detail the strategy to implement the vision, including the strategic goals and objective, and the principles that should guide this transformation, and
4. Describe, using a dynamic business model, what is involved in the transformation of the present business model to realize this envisioned future.

In a real life scenario what you are producing would be part of a Business Case or a Business Plan, but this assignment does not ask you to create a complete
business plan.

The total length of the assignment, including figures, is likely to be ~7-8 pages including figures (and the explanatory text of this template) . Please do not
delete the template from your submission.
Consider assignment 1 as the draft of the first part of your (final) assignment 4. Submit in pdf or docx format.

1.1 INTRODUCTION TO CLOUD COMPUTING STRATEGY:

Cloud computing is a different type of computing from the computing that was being in used in a previous times. Australian government is very
happy to have a cloud computing in their various industries and organizations. Due to cloud computing many entities in Australia start working
together.It has given a new life to organization in a terms of production , more concentration regarding good performance. Working certeria has
been totally changed in an organization because of introduction of cloud computing. Cloud computing works on three important goals.It makes the
organization better in the terms of economy. This strategy has identified three major goals. It makes the organization much strong in the terms of
economy. It has provided on demand internet services through the wide range of multimedia devices by Information Communications Technology
(ICT).

1.2 GOVERNMENT IT SECTOR:

Australian Government is trying their best to make improvements in every sector that is related to the cloud computing. Let start from AGIMO
which is a sector of Australian government that is putting effort to raise the standard of IT by providing important guidelines to the decision makers
which makes a task easier for them to solve. Broadband network is also making lots of improvement to provide the users more fast ,easy and trustful
network all over the Australia by taking the help of NBN that stand for National broadband network. Users are very happy with the launch of 4G
network which is much advance and better than the previous networks. Lots of departments and sectors are working together such as National
standard committee and Australian computer society to have a new concept which is called the cloud computing.

1.3 MAJOR ENTIES INVOLVED AND THEIR ROLES:

There are hundred of government entities in which cloud computing have already taken space in the form of strategies. Few of them are:

1.3.3 The DOFD stands for The Department Of Finance And Deregulation needs to have government agencies for upcoming improvements in ICT
for the public cloud services.

automatically with online information through DBCDE. Cloud computing is very easy to use the services provided by cloud computing as the services
that the current systems are accessing such as team viewer software.

The agencies that are approved by government should attract the intentions at world level through advertisement and also follow other ways to
increase the craze for cloud computing so that other part of world should sign the contract for establishing the cloud computing The ICT professional
should focus more on their weakness they are facing so that Australia should be a top level among the world in the term of cloud computing. Buyers
should given knowledge who want to buy the services of cloud computing .what will be the improvements that record should be come in action by the
decision maker for more correct decision. should be their actions at internationally.

chance to have interact with one of the essential part of the digital world. ,The Australian government has an important role in the financial,
economic and competitive position in the cloud computing services. They provide:

In Financial: The Australian Government is paying out approximately $1.5 billion on ICT for the adopting of the cloud computing services
whichwill return a huge amount of profit and alsocontrol the risks. There may be a chance to upgrade ICT tools and enhancement in the
government data centre site.money could be use while updating the IT system.

In Economic:To increase the economy of the Australia government is trying its best to have properly the cloud computing strategies.they are
keeping the eyes on the demands of the people and also make them sure to take the advantages of these services.using the cloud services will
increase the economy rate of Australia.

In Competitive: The Government is making strong relations with the foreign capitalist, dealer and the end users society to blow up of the cloud
computing services in the Australia. This approach contains the different types of targets and steps that the government has to take for the
completing this vision. Apart from this it also relay upon the services that are given by the organization to the government. The position will not
effected if the cloud services will be properly created and maintain by the person like ICT professional.

Data is very important part of every organization. so its protection is the first step . it should stored accurately.
Data integrity can be defined as the complex aspect in the storage of the data of any organization. Data integrity is the concept of validating the data.
It covers the three parts completeness, accuracy and consistency of the data. Data integrity can take place when the users try to modify the data but
cannot able to modify it. So it is one of the basic responsibilities of the agency to provide the company with data integrity. This means with correct
data without any change. This can come into action while process is in database design phase by following some rules.


Confidentiality refers to saving the date at secure place so that other user such as un authorized user cannot able to access the data. So it is another
risk factor in the cloud computing that have to address. It is very essential to make the users aware that their data is fully protected.

Various types of resources and capabilities are assigning by Cloud computing technology to the organizations. Various organizations such as
Government, trade sectors and non-profit sectors are using resources and capabilities. Government sector is using it from a quite long time. They
are using these services from many past years. The isolated department is also involved in these technologies. These technologies provide many
useful resources to the organizations such as software as a service in the public sector.
