salt: sendha ,black salt good, ,sea salt is worst (increases bp)

acidic: tea,coffee,curd,fruits, toothpaste


as blood becomes more acidic : cholestrol,ldl etc increases.

alkaline: jeera, ajwain, dhaniya patta ,pudina, milk, saliva
don't go for dieting . morning walk, exercise in morning. can do yoga and pranay

1. When to drink:
don't drink water immediately after food.
drink water after 1 hr 30 mins of eating food.
u can drink water before eating food but 48 mins before.

as much as you want.
in between food:
when u are eating food of 2 diffrent grains like roti and rice etc ( take 1-2 si
ps water)
Immediately after food can drink:
1. juice of any fruit or raw fruit ( morning only) with kala namak or adrakh jui
ce ( if cold from juice)
eating fruit is much healthier than drinking juice.
we don't get fibre in juice. eat fibre also that remains after taking out juice
2. Lassi, dahi (acidic) (afternoon only)
3. Milk (basic) ( night)
basic things should be eaten after sunset.
acidic after sunrise before sunset like curd,fruits
People of warm countries have their blood bit acidic.
2. how to drink
sip by sip
take 1 small sip, rotate in mouth for some time , then wait foe some time ( 1 m
in), another sip ( saliva goes inside from mouth)
3. in the morning first thing to do is drink water , don't even wash your teeth.
morning's saliva is best.
apply this saliva for dark circles, remove glasses, skin burns
4. don't drink cold water, ice cold water, fridge water
should be atleast 27c , mitti ka ghada ka pani
****** how to eat food:
5) chew food as many times as the no of teeth.
count upto 32 times while chewing
6) eat food while sitting on ground
sit in bajrasan for 5 to 10 mins
7) rest immediately after taking lunch for 48-50 mins for better digestion
lay down on left side and can sleep for max 1 hr
if u sleep for more than 1 hr , will increase weight.
8) in night, sleep/ take rest only after 2 hrs of food.
walk for altest 500 upto max 1000 steps.
9) don't mix / eat these 2 things at a time:
dahi + milk
onion+ milk
honey + ghee
kali urad daal + dahi , don't eat dahi wada of urad daal
can eat all other daal with dahi
dahi + salt because salt kills all the bacteria
milk + salt
milk + citric fruits
milk + katahal
hot food + ice cream ( after 1 hr)
