Laska, a personal fitness trainer, has started up her own business Dynamic Boxing Fitness. Laska has
operated her training base from the local community hall and oval, however now she wants her own
permanent studio. The back-end of the business, which requires as much time as she spends training, is
conducted from home with limited resources and an unreliable 6 year old computer. Laska is very competent
at the training side of the business, but is not very savvy with the back-end of the business.

Clients have told her that she needs to be making more use of technology in her business, but Laska is unsure
that she needs to invest in technology as her core business is personal training.
