SCOPE
This Inspection and Test Plan includes tests and inspections to be carried out during
performing Storage Tanks of TTOPCO

TERMS and DEFINITIONS:


Hold Point (H):

A designated point during or following a specific activity at which inspection or
examination shall not proceed unless the designated parties have witnessed the
inspection and or test.


Witness Point (W):

A designated point during or following an important activity at which inspection or
examination is required in accordance with the relative procedure. Work may
proceed through the designated witness point if Contractor (Silver Teknik) has
officially informed that Client Inspector (TTOPCO) is not present due to previously
established activity.


Spot Witness Point (SW):

A designated point during or following an activity at which spot inspection or spot
examination is required in accordance with the relative procedure. Work may
proceed through the designated witness point if Contractor (Silver Teknik) has
officially informed that Client Inspector (TTOPCO) is not present due to previously
established activity.


Review Point (R):

It is processed through reviewing any results of inspection or test for information.


Monitoring (M):

Random check by a direct or indirect inspection that there is conformance of the
item or activity.
