TO: MADELINE RUCOBA, all other tenants, does 1-4, in possession of the premises described as:

You are hereby notified that pursuant to the verbal rental agreement dated12/20/2013 under which you hold possession of
the premises described in this notice, there is now unpaid and delinquent rent in the following amounts for the following
specified periods:

1: $100.00 February 2014
2: $400.00 March 2014
3: $400.00 April 2014

You are further notified that within 3 DAYS after service of this notice, you must pay the amount of rent stated in full or
quit the premises and return possession of the premises to the property owner. Furthermore, if the past due rent stated in
this notice is not paid in full within the 3 days, the undersigned shall declare forfeiture of the Rental Agreement and
consequently, file legal proceedings for Unlawful Detainer in Sacramento Superior Court against you to (a) recover
possession of the premises (b) recover past due rents (c) and statutory property damages.

Please note that all rents are due and payable on the 1
st
of the month and forward until the last day of the calendar month
