BEST CLASS TEAM 2014-15 Editor's message
Dear friends,
The vision of the India of
future is of a country where
ever y c hi l d has equal
opportunities, where disparities
in levels of living are minimal,
where everyone can hold one's
head high. Our citizens should
be able to live a life free of
destitution, discrimination , fear and hunger. As we
are on to the 67th year of independence, it is our
duty to complete the task which we have not been
able to finish in the past 67 years.
Here comes the relevance of the voluntary service
organizations like Rotary. The Rotary movement
came to India in 1919. Since then it has grown
through the length and breadth of the country. As
the members of the world's oldest and the most
prestigious service organization, it is our
commitment to review what Rotary has done to our
society during the last nine decades. We always
remember it with pride that Rotary stands second
to none for humanitarian services rendered to the
downtrodden fellowmen of our country.
