Commenced operations in January 2002. Since then, all of the Deloitte Tax LLP U.S. service

India are engaged in the preparation of a variety of tax returns, including federal, state, property
taxes and along with numerous specialty activities, such as the design, implementation and
administration of employee benefits plans; tax equalization calculation; cost projections for

Security & Privacy Services (SPS) group is part of the wider Advisory practice within Enterprise
Risk Services in Deloitte. We help organizations manage risk and maximize enterprise value. We
help CFOs, CROs and CIOs of several Fortune 500 organizations in solving business problems
related to risk management, security, privacy, governance, and process improvement.
The Information & Technology Risk Management (I&TRM) practice takes a holistic approach to
assessing an organizations risk - operations and strategy requirements. This allows us to develop
supporting strategies and architectures that help organizations to establish an enterprise-wide
security, risk and compliance management programs. In addition, our services help organizations
handle tactical data protection issuesfrom securing data used among vendors, supply-chain
providers, or other third parties to maintaining operational resiliency. Our services also tackle
internal and cyber security concerns around the strategic use of cloud computing, mobile device,
and smart grid technologies
Our professionals:
Help organizations to design and implement risk management strategies and programs that are
aligned with overall business strategies and objectives

o Governance, Risk & Compliance processes, tools and processes. Experience with solutions
such as OpenPages, Archer or other BPM tools is great to have
