KEY REQUEST INFORMATION SHEET


Suburban Estates is approximately 10,000 acres of vacant land with a LOCKED GATE entrance off Holopaw
Groves Road.

Keys are issued to property owners only: one key per owner, with a maximum of four (4) keys,
per 1.25-acre +/- parcel per deed no matter how many times a parcel has been split. (Four
owners per 1.25-acre +/- parcel can be issued one key each.)

Please submit the following CURRENT items to purchase a KEY:

1. Legible copy of your RECORDED DEED (must be able to read the Book and Page)
2. Legible copy of TAX STATEMENT (November each year) (may be in previous owners name)
3. Legible current copy of PHOTO I.D. (valid drivers license, passport or work badge)
4. Check, cash** or money order in the amount of $ 30.00 for EACH key ordered: Payable to SEPA CLUB
INC. (Fee includes return certified mailing, sales tax, gate & lock maintenance.)
5. CURRENT contact information/phone number/email address, in case of questions or problems.

NO KEYS WILL BE ISSUED UNLESS THE ABOVE COPIES CAN BE RETAINED BY THE KEY COMMITTEE.

** Mailing cash is risky; SEPA Club Inc is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdirected mail.

DO NOT SEND REQUEST BY FED EX OR UPS. This address is only a mailing address we do not accept
deliveries at this address there is no one here to sign for packages. Sending us your request via
Certified, Return Receipt Request will only delay us receiving your request because we have to go to the
Post Office (25 miles away) to pick it up.

While every effort will be made, there is no guarantee that keys will be mailed out within one week of receipt of
required paperwork. Keys are mailed via U.S. First Class Certified Mail/Return Receipt Requested; therefore, a
signature is required.

Multiple requests can be processed together as long as all documents are received.
