Candidates must possess basic appraisal review experience and be willing to train under the tutelage of our
licensed appraisers for a period of 90 days to enhance their appraisal review skills. Candidates will be tested for
StreetLinks appraisal review competency at the end of their first 90 days. A passing grade will be required to
remain in the position.
Hours of Operations: Standard Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8am to 9pm, Saturday from 9am
to 4pm. Hours may include and are not limited to: Monday through Friday rotating shifts based on work flow and
department needs. (Example: Monday/Tuesday 8am to 5pm, Wednesday/Thursday 9am to 6pm, and Friday
11am to 7pm or 12pm to 9pm.) Saturdays are included due to work flow on a once or twice monthly basis.
Duties:
1. Conduct daily status calls on orders in all QC associated queues.
2. Review appraisal products with the objective to verify their compliancy with StreetLinks service terms and
USPAP, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Underwriter guidelines.
3. Undergo training, periodic testing and continued education requirements specific to the appraisal industry
to maintain employment in the department.
4. Communicate directly with appraisers to coordinate StreetLinks report revisions, client underwriting
guidelines and completion deadlines.
5. Audit transaction and billing information on each order for completeness and accuracy.
6. Coordinate with department managers when order information is identified to be out-dated or incomplete.
7. Provide telephone support for loan officers and appraisers as related to QC Department protocol, appraisal
report inquiries and general industry guidelines.
8. Serve as a resource to industry and product knowledge for customers and the StreetLinks team.

Performance Evaluations:
5. The performance/testing of employees will be evaluated from time to time. The purpose of an employee
performance/testing evaluation is to measure how well an employee is handling the responsibilities of his
or her job. An employee’s current job description will be used as the basis for making this evaluation. An
employee may or may not be given advance notice of a performance/testing evaluation. The full nature
and extent of a given evaluation of a specific employee will be based on the reason for the valuation, the
nature of the employee’s job and the legitimate interests of this Company.
Education Requirements:
6. College Degree Preferred
7. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Data-Entry, and Internet Explorer Preferred
8. Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills
9. Typing Skills 40 plus WPM Preferred
