2. Kindly present your Universal Studios Singapore Redemption Voucher at Asiatravel.com Kiosk No. 9 (***basement coach bay level 1 )
to exchange your Admission tickets.

3. Lead travelling party holding the confirmation voucher must present a valid photo ID/Passport for this exchange.
4. There will be no refund for unused admission ticket, Bus transfer or any other added benefits either in part or full.
5. All printed tickets are non-transferable. Free Admission for Children 3 years and below.
6. Loss of ticket will be solely under the full responsibility of the passenger.
7. Admission to Universal Studios Singapore includes all attractions and entertainment offerings, with the exception of Amber Rock Climb.
However, some special events may require a separate ticket.
8. The physical ticket and the handstamp are both required for re-entry.
9. Tickets are not to be used for touting purpose.
10. Tickets are sold for foreign and inbound visitors to the park.
11. Operating hours for ticket redemption at the kiosk is from 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM (Monday to Sunday).
