Summary And Conclusions


5.1 Findings And Results.
The data analysis is discussed on the basis of primary data being collected from the respondents
in the company on the employee engagement.Mostly employees feel completely involved in
work.
a) Many are satisfied with the employee engagements activities at Ginni International
because these activities involove people to come on common platform and enjoy.
b) They agree as work environment push you to perform better because employees are able
to meet up their goals and for them work environment is a major factor to perform better.
c) Managers inspiration is interpersonal factor.
d) Almost every employee feels proud to tell people where they work, they feel privileged
& honoured being part of Ginni International family.
e) Material and other necessary equipment at your workstation aid employee indirectly.
Many are not satisfied with existing things.
f) One feels valued at work when the decisions of an employee count. It helps them to
empower themselves.
g) Managers dont exhibit Ginni International valuesin my day-to-day work. It is because
the work in office differs the values of company.
h) The opinions seem to count; many people were neutral to this response as it depends on
the work teams & your immediate supervisor.
i) The job promotion in the organization depends purely on performance appraisal done
twice a year. Unfortunately many disagree and even remained neutral.
j) Yes, absence as an employee makes a difference to your teams performance, many
strategic level managers decision are inevitably important and their absence makes a
difference to their teams performance.
5.2 Lessons Learnt
In this it is to mention the learning values of the summer training. In this sub-head the experience
of the working environment obtained in company is also stated.
5.21 Experience About The Working Environment

c) Recruitment in Ginni International recruitment in the company is done by both internal
and external sources, by use of refferals, consultant, selection process etc. it also takes
applicants via their own JAIPURIA UNIVERSITY.
d) Training at Ginni Internationanl one key factor employee motivation and retention is
the opportunity employees want to continue to grow and develop job and career
enhancing skills. Very less chances of training are given at Ginni International. Mostly
there is in house training only.
e) Employee Engagement At Ginni Intrnational An engaged workforce is passionate about
the work that they are doing. They believe in the mission of the company and are excited
at the individual, team and company levels to be successful.


5.3 Suggestions
Current organizational structure:
Ginni International follows centralized authority that helps to concentrate power in the hands of
key experts and can improve consistency in decision-making. Only top position holders get a
chance to take decisions and other executives have to follow it without any say. The major
decision for the company are taken n head office with the consent of top bosses.

But moreover the power should be decentralized:
Decentralized offers several advantages, through relinquishing control may be difficult for a
business owner accustomed to making all the decisions.
It would directly help employees to
a) Empowering employees
b) Relieving the burden
c) Preparing for emergencies.

It is worth doing summer internship in ginni international limited. Students should be sent to the
various companys department for the summer internship in the future as they provide lot of
practical knowledge and give proper training to the students.
