6. Visit the following website: http://www.healthfinder.gov/prevention. a. Click on Live Well. Learn how, found under healthyfinder.gov.
b. Take the Our Quiz on Healthy Living. You may have type in the question bar to find the quiz.
c. Based on your results; select one of the tips; review the recommendations and write what you learned regarding this topic.
d. Next click on the We Support Healthy People icon at end of the left-hand column.
e. Click on, About Healthy People, to learn what healthy people 2020 is about. Under Introducing Healthy People 2020, click on Read the press Release for the Healthy People 2020 launch, and review.
f. Click on, 2020 Topics & Objectives. Select a Topic of interest and answer the following questions: 1. What new information did you learn regarding the topic youve selected? 2. How would you apply this information to your living through Lifestyle Management as you age?

You get to make choices to help improve your wellness. What are these healthy wellness behavior choices you can make?
9. What makes you feel exuberant, vital, joyful, and living to your full potential; characteristics that exemplify a state of wellness? How often do you feel this way and under what circumstances?
10. What sorts of health habits did your parents and other family members have when you were growing up? Were they active or sedentary? Did they smoke? What kinds of foods did they eat? How have your own health habits been influenced by those of your family members?
