/. INSPECTION. The $ustomer, upon receiving possession of the -oods, shall
have a reasonable opportunit" to inspect the -oods to determine if the -oods conform
to the re&uirements of this Agreement% 1f the $ustomer, in good faith, determines that
all or a portion of the -oods are non:conforming, the $ustomer ma" return the -oods
to the Supplier at the Suppliers e'pense% The $ustomer must provide written notice to
the Supplier of the reason for re;ecting the -oods% The Supplier will have ___ da"s
