XII. The User shall indemnify and hold harmless Infosys from any claims and loss incurred by Infosys as a result of the

including, without limitation, all the rights necessary to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submissions.
e. The User may not download, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, duplicate, publish, license, or
