To what extent can companies be socially responsible and
remain competitive?
As previously mentionned, International Resources was a society sociably
responsible and on every climb : economic, environment, medicine,...
But, to rest in competition it's important to not apply down production
costs and extreme prices for afraid to be out of competition. A society
who chose to profit of East workforce (for example) because it costs less
and it's more productive don't play on the same ground than one direct
rival whose choice recruiting a limited number of staff (to the risk of paid
more expensive and have less staff). Even if mark image made in
France grows up in strength for french consumers, it's reserved for
exempt persons. The choice to use made in France (for a french
person) have a price for lack of a production less active and more
expensive.
To be a confidence trade's, trades were understood the functioning : play
on politics elements and environmental issues for touch clients & for
seducing there. For it, businesspersons play the transparent card. If
trades were not transparent anymore, they risk to pass for trades who's
wrongly blamed on the environment. H&M tell everywhere protect the
planet with their operation of recycling of clothes. During this time, they
continued to polluted rivers with cheminal and toxic products.
The secret to rest in the competition is, we have understood it, do not
take risks. Rest aligned with market, avoid money losses and do leeways
not equitable and too small. There should be cautious to resting credible
all the time. Consumers are ready, in 2014, to change their consumption
patterns to be sure that it's quality. But it doesn't touch everybody
(students, large families,...).
