PREFACE

Market is the business function that identifies fulfilled
needs and wants, defines and measure there magnitude,
determines which target marks the company can best serve,
decide on appropriate products, price and programs to serve
these target markets and calls upon everyone in the company
to think and market is a leakage between a societys material
requirement and its economic pattern of response.
Marketing oriented is necessity in todays competitive
area. There are too many goods chasing too few customers.
The worlds economy political scenario is changing so fast
and it is hard time for many companies now.
In marketing if a problem in a company is properly
analyzed then that are also a kind of opportunity for the
company. Markers think is not so easy or it could not be
applied so successfully although it takes only a trimester to
learn marketing, it takes the whole life time to mastering.
The role of middle class people as most customers
constitutes a very large portion of the total Indian market
have made the marketers more attentive towards them.
Through this price of project work is a part of our MBA
curriculum, I had a chance to reflect all my managerial
knowledge and skills which I have gained through class room
session to shed light on some major and most important
things of marketing viz. customer behavior, brand
positioning, targeting, market segmentation etc.

INTRODUCTION
The bright feature of accompany more on the new technology
and revolutionary inventions. It is about understanding
people needs and behavior and how changes in society and
technology will affect our lives. Now a day the people life has
become very luxurious they dont want to take any type of
risk and the PC has been developed to remove their
difficulties in case of communication. Now a day IT prevails
all over the world. Where ever we go in trains, trams buses
and cars we see people constantly busy with their PC with
their important work or sampling time passing. Now a day IT
sector is a growing and emerging field in the corporate
world. It is taken for granted that more research need is
tactically and specific, but a few business issues exit in
vacuum. Because we understand an have worked for years
through processes. We can supply insights and strategic
solution that are more relevant and actionable. Whether we
provide research in just one area or guide innovation from
concept inception through market interdiction.
All successful products start with an idea and a
potential business market. Sometimes there are as sketchy as
people want more convenience, but more often the ideas
and the markets are fairly well defined. This definition is
what guides the development and ensure that the resulting
products and service will stay true to the organizational
vision Datapro3x can play an important role in this stage by
helping to establish a clear understanding of the market,
clarifying and developing the term grasp of key topics and
providing feedback and information or initial concepts.

The customer is the central pivot around which the business
revolved and keeps it in existence. If the purpose of the
business is to create and keep a customer, it is imperative
that he must be focal point of all business activities the
central theme of the marketing concept is that of business is
to identify, anticipate and to satisfy customer need & desire.
The rational of marketing concept implies that company
management makes all design in term of marketing
orientation which beings with customer. The concept
recognizes that the director success of failure the customer is
the key concern in determining the company polices &
actions. All other activities of the business are integrated &
balanced in term of what is best for the company in the
market place.
It is very important to establish the customer
perception of the quality of the product and service provided.
It is known fact that customer rarely complain they just dont
come back. Customer loyalty is consider is to be worth ten
times the price of the single purchase, as a loyal customer
will return to make further purchases.
Moreover researchers claim that if the customer
doesnt like the product or service, he will tell on an average
eleven more people. This illustrates the importance of
ensuring customer satisfaction.
Customer satisfaction research is an increasingly
becoming an essential ingredient in any program aimed at
maintaining, if not increasing the customer base and
revenues, enhancing brand value, etc. conducting customer
satisfaction research through a third-party has the advantage
that the responses obtained are more reliable, as the
respondents are more frank with a third-person. This is
because in the case of third-party research, the customer-
vendor relationship does not get affected.

ABOUT THE WEB PRODUCTS:-

Datapro3x provides web based products like web application
,customize software ,design websites and many more
services .It provides any type of software according to the
customers requirement in better quality.it never
compromise on quality
SOFTWARE
Generally it focus more on customize software and
application software.
Two types they are as follows.
Customize Software
Application Software
Customize Software:-
Customized Software is a specialist in developing software
for the small and medium enterprises. We are writing
software which is fully customized to your companys needs.

This can be small, stand-alone applications for all those daily
small jobs that need to be done or web based programs.
We can also be of service with designing and building your
web site.
Today there are software applications available for almost
every industry, and the list of canned applications grows
continuously. So why customize software? In reality,
businesses all run a little differently, and this is what gives
them a competitive edge. Most companies do not want to
change the way they work just to fit an applications work
flow, so they make a strategic decision to build a custom
application. In other cases a canned application does not
exist at all, such as when a start-up is looking to build a
custom web or mobile application. Consider a company
like Facebook, for example. They had an idea, but needed to
build it from scratch. Nothing off-the-shelf existed.
What Does it Cost to Customize Software
Everyone wants to know what it cost to develop custom
software. The truth is, it can be expensive. I actually took a
closer look at our costs on our custom software pricing page.
Check it out. But to be honest, we have no way of knowing
how much your software project is going to cost until we
discuss it. Call me for a free consultation and stem

Application Software:-
Application software is all the computer software that causes
a computer to perform useful tasks (compare with computer
viruses) beyond the running of the computer itself. A specific
instance of such software is called a software
application, program, application or app.
The term is used to contrast such software with system
software, which manages and integrates a computer's
capabilities but does not directly perform tasks that benefit
the user. The system software serves the application, which
in turn serves the user.

Examples include accounting software, enterprise
software, graphics software, media players, and office suites.
Many application programs deal principally with documents.
Applications may be bundled with the computer and its
system software or published separately, and can be coded as
university projects.

Application software applies the power of a
particular computing platform or system software to a
particular purpose.

Some applications are available in versions for several
different platforms; others have narrower requirements and
are thus called, for example, a Geography application
for Windows, an Android application for education, or Linux
gaming. Sometimes a new and popular application arises
which only runs on one platform, increasing the desirability
of that platform. This is called a killer application.

There are many different ways to divide up different types of
application software, and several are explained here.

Since the development and near-universal adoption of
the web, an important distinction has emerged has been
between web applications written
with HTML, JavaScript and other web-native technologies
and typically requiring you to be online and running a web
browser, and the more traditional native applications
written in whatever languages are available for your
particular type of computer. There has been contentious
debate in the computing community regarding web
applications replacing native applications for many
purposes, especially on mobile devices such assmart
phones and tablets. Web apps have indeed greatly increased
in popularity for some uses, but the advantages of
applications make them unlikely to disappear soon, if ever.
Furthermore, the two can be complementary, and even
integrated.

Application software can also be seen as being
either horizontal or vertical. Horizontal applications are
more popular and widespread, because they are general
purpose, for example word processors or databases. Vertical
applications are niche products, designed for a particular
type of industry or business, or department within an
organization. Integrated suites of software will try to handle
every specific aspect possible of, for example, manufacturing
or banking systems, or accounting, or customer service.

There are many types of application software:-
An application suite consists of multiple applications bundled
together. They usually have related functions, features and
user interfaces, and may be able to interact with each other,
e.g. open each other's files. Business applications often come
in suites, e.g. Microsoft Office, LibraOffice and iWork, which
bundle together a word processor, a spreadsheet, etc.; but
suites exist for other purposes, e.g. graphics or music.
Enterprise software addresses the needs of an entire
organization's processes and data flow, across most all
departments, often in a large distributed environment.
(Examples include financial systems, customer relationship
management (CRM) systems and supply chain management
software). Departmental Software is a sub-type of enterprise
software with a focus on smaller organizations and/or
groups within a large organization. (Examples include
travel expense management and IT Helpdesk.)
Enterprise infrastructure software provides common
capabilities needed to support enterprise software systems.
(Examples include databases, email servers, and systems for
managing networks and security.)
Information worker software lets users create and manage
information, often for individual projects within a
department, in contrast to enterprise management.
Examples include time management, resource management,
documentation tools, analytical, and collaborative. Word
processors, spreadsheets, email and blog clients, personal
information system, and individual media editors may aid in
multiple information worker tasks.
Content access software is used primarily to access content
without editing, but may include software that allows for
content editing. Such software addresses the needs of
individuals and groups to consume digital entertainment and
published digital content. (Examples include media
players, web browsers, and help browsers.)
Educational software is related to content access software,
but has the content and/or features adapted for use in by
educators or students. For example, it may deliver
evaluations (tests), track progress through material, or
include collaborative capabilities.
Simulation software simulates physical or abstract systems
for either research, training or entertainment purposes.
Media development software generates print and electronic
media for others to consume, most often in a commercial or
educational setting. This includes graphic-art software,
desktop publishing software, multimedia development
software, HTML editors, digital-animation editors, digital
audio and video composition, and many others.
Product engineering software is used in developing hardware
and software products. This includes computer-aided
design (CAD), computer-aided engineering (CAE), computer
language editing and compiling tools, integrated
development environments, and application programmer
interfaces.
Applications can also be classified by computing
platform such as a particular operating system, delivery
network such as in cloud computing and Web
2.0 applications, or delivery devices such as mobile
apps for mobile devices.
The operating system itself can be considered application
software when performing simple calculating, measuring,
rendering, and word processing tasks not used to control
hardware via command-line interface or graphical user
interface. This does not include application software bundled
within operating systems such as a software
calculator or text editor.

WEBSITE:-
Another area of functioning is Developing and designing of
Website.
A website, also written as Web site, web site, or simply site, is
a set of related web pages served from a single web domain.
A website is hosted on at least one web server, accessible via
a network such as the Internet or a private local area
network through an Internet address known as a Uniform
resource locator. All publicly accessible websites collectively
constitute the World Wide Web.
A webpage is a document, typically written in plain
text interspersed with formatting instructions of Hypertext
Markup Language (HTML, XHTML). A webpage may
incorporate elements from other websites with
suitable markup anchors.
Webpages are accessed and transported with the Hypertext
Transfer Protocol (HTTP), which may optionally employ
encryption (HTTP Secure, HTTPS) to provide security and
privacy for the user of the webpage content. The user's
application, often a web browser, renders the page content
according to its HTML markup instructions onto a display
terminal.
The pages of a website can usually be accessed from a simple
Uniform Resource Locator (URL) called the web address. The
URLs of the pages organize them into a hierarchy,
although hyperlinking between them conveys the reader's
perceived site structure and guides the reader's navigation of
the site which generally includes a home page with most of
the links to the site's web content, and a supplementary
about, contact and link page.
Some websites require a subscription to access some or all of
their content. Examples of subscription websites include
many business sites, parts of news websites, academic
journal websites, gaming websites, file-sharing
websites, message boards, web-based email, social
networking websites, websites providing real-time stock
market data, and websites providing various other services
(e.g., websites offering storing and/or sharing of images, files
and so forth).
Website are two types:
STATIC
DYNAMIC
STATIC:-
A static website is one that has web pages stored on the
server in the format that is sent to a client web browser. It is
primarily coded in Hypertext Markup
Language (HTML); Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) are used to
control appearance beyond basic HTML. Images are
commonly used to effect the desired appearance and as part
of the main content. Audio or video might also be considered
"static" content if it plays automatically or is generally non-
interactive.
This type of website usually displays the same information to
all visitors. Similar to handing out a printed brochure to
customers or clients, a static website will generally provide
consistent, standard information for an extended period of
time. Although the website owner may make updates
periodically, it is a manual process to edit the text, photos
and other content and may require basic website design
skills and software. Simple forms or marketing examples of
websites, such as classic website, a five-page website or
a brochure website are often static websites, because they
present pre-defined, static information to the user. This may
include information about a company and its products and
services through text, photos, animations, audio/video, and
navigation menus.
Static web sites can be edited using four broad categories of
software:
Text editors, such as Notepad or Text, where content and
HTML markup are manipulated directly within the editor
program
WYSIWYG offline editors, such as Microsoft
FrontPage and Adobe Dreamweaver (previously Macromedia
Dreamweaver), with which the site is edited using a GUI and
the final HTML markup is generated automatically by the
editor software
WYSIWYG online editors which create media rich online
presentation like web pages, widgets, intro, blogs, and other
documents.
Template-based editors, such as Rapid Weaver and I Web,
which allow users to quickly create and upload web pages to
a web server without detailed HTML knowledge, as they pick
a suitable template from a palette and add pictures and text
to it in a desktop publishing fashion without direct
manipulation of HTML code
Static websites may still use server side includes (SSI) as an
editing convenience, such as sharing a common menu bar
across many pages. As the site's behavior to the reader is still
static, this is not considered a dynamic site.

DYNAMIC:-
A dynamic website is one that changes or customizes itself
frequently and automatically.
Server-side dynamic pages are generated "on the fly" by
computer code that produces the HTML and CSS. There are a
wide range of software systems, such as CGI, Java
Servlets and Java Server Pages (JSP), Active Server
Pages and ColdFusion (CFML) that are available to generate
dynamic web systems and dynamic sites. Various web
application frameworks and web template systems are
available for general-use programming
languages like PHP, Perl, Python, and Ruby, to make it faster
and easier to create complex dynamic web sites.
A site can display the current state of a dialogue between
users, monitor a changing situation, or provide information
in some way personalized to the requirements of the
individual user. For example, when the front page of a news
site is requested, the code running on the web server might
combine stored HTML fragments with news stores retrieved
from a database or another web site via RSS to produce a
page that includes the latest information. Dynamic sites can
be interactive by using HTML forms, storing and reading
back browser cookies, or by creating a series of pages that
reflect the previous history of clicks. Another example of
dynamic content is when a retail website with a database of
media products allows a user to input a search request, e.g.
for the keyword Beatles. In response, the content of the web
page will spontaneously change the way it looked before, and
will then display a list of Beatles products like CDs, DVDs and
books.
Dynamic HTML uses JavaScript code to instruct the web
browser how to interactively modify the page contents.
One way to simulate a certain type of dynamic web site while
avoiding the performance loss of initiating the dynamic
engine on a per-user or per-connection basis, is to
periodically automatically regenerate a large series of static
pages.

Beside these types of services they also doing their
side business of CCTV camera .That is a most profitable
business for the company.

CCTV CAMERA:-

Generally DATAPRO 3X deals with the CCTV camera
for the Business Houses. Security cameras are gaining
immense popularity amongst masses primarily because they
help in curbing theft and safeguarding your precious
belongings. In today's world, where security is a prime
concern, the CCTV cameras provide utmost safety in your
home and office vicinity.

What is camera?
A camera is an optical instrument that records images that
can be stored directly, transmitted to another location, or
both. These images may be still photographs or moving
images such as videos or movies. The term camera comes
from the word camera obscure (Latin for "dark chamber"), an
early mechanism for projecting images. The modern camera
evolved from the camera obscure.

Analogue
Can record straight to a video tape recorder which ar able to
record analogue signals as pictures If the analogue signals
are recorded to tape, then the tape must run at a very slow
speed in order to operate continuously. This is because in
order to allow a three hour tape to run for 24 hours, it must
be set to run on a time lapse basis which is usually about four
frames a second. In one second, the camera scene can change
dramatically. A person for example can have walked a
distance of 1 meter, and therefore if the distance is divided
into four parts, i.e. four frames or "snapshots" in time, then
each frame invariably looks like a blur, unless the subject
keeps relatively still.

Digital
A traffic surveillance camera in Stockholm, Sweden
These cameras do not require a video capture card because
they work using a digital signal which can be saved directly
to a computer. The signal is compressed 5:1, but DVD quality
can be achieved with more compression (MPEG-2 is standard
for DVD-video, and has a higher compression ratio than 5:1,
with a slightly lower video quality than 5:1 at best, and is
adjustable for the amount of space to be taken up versus the
quality of picture needed or desired). The highest picture
quality of DVD is only slightly lower than the quality of basic
5:1-compression DV.

Saving uncompressed digital recordings takes up an
enormous amount of hard drive space, and a few hours
of uncompressed video could quickly fill up a hard drive.
Holiday uncompressed recordings may look fine but one
could not run uncompressed quality recordings on a
continuous basis. Motion detection is therefore sometimes
used as a work around solution to record in uncompressed
quality.

FUNCTIONING OF A CAMERA:

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

In carrying out a survey relating to the research, we should first
select the problem and study its implications in different areas.
Selection of the research problem should be in line with the
researchers interest, chain of thinking and existing research in the
same area and should have some direct utility. What is most
important in selecting a research problem is what the research
topic should be within manageable limits. Here all the data that
were collected were primary data for analysis.
Secondary the topic should have practical feasibility. To
study the feasibility, what is important is to prepare a preliminary
abstract on the research topic.
The first and the foremost task in carrying out a survey are to
select the sample.
POPULATION:-
The entire group of study objects is called as population of
the research study. These may be people, geography areas,
organizations, products, services, and so on. The population may be
of any size and may cover any geographic area. Therefore the
largest population which is the ideal population, regarding which
the researcher should like to generalize his findings, rarely exists.
Available population is the practical population with which the
researcher has to deal with. Therefore, he seeks a representative
sample from a restricted portion of population and tries to spell out
details so that the relevance of the results to other portions of the
population can be checked.
SAMPLING:-
Sampling is the process of selecting the process of selecting a
sample from the population.
The sample is in some sense a fair representative of the
underlying population. Ideally selection procedure should be such
that every individual in the population has equal chances of being
chosen. The population may consist of sub-population of varying
sizes, or the purpose of sampling may be to different conditions of
sampling. A sampling method has to be chosen to meet these
conditions.
To make my project a complete one and an efficient one I
have opted some sampling techniques for the completion of
research work. The entire Bhubaneswar population those who are
come to the out late is taken as the population and the sample
units are taken area wise. The technique of cluster sampling
followed by random sampling and purposive sampling is applied for
the research work. The response of farmers was noted down
simultaneously at the time of approaching them for the pump set
and each response was noted down.
The maintain database which would contains person profile
like name, address, contact no.
To get back to those prospect who are really interested in the
job. In marketing research no two list are exactly identical,
but there is a single procedure that can be followed in all
investigation.
However, the general procedure followed now days is applicable
to most projects. Some of the step are inter related, some overlap
& some are unnecessary in most project.
The steps in marketing research are:
1) Define the objective & the problem.
2) Conduct a situation analysis.
3) Determining the information needs & the source of
information.
4) Deciding research design.
5) Tabulation analysis & interpreting the data.
6) Preparing research report.
7) Follow of recommendation.
The first basic step was to define the marketing problem in
specific team. This include ascertainment of the company
competition, this share in the market, characteristic to compete
with major competitor acceptance, pricing, policies, distribution
channel etc. The next step was to conduct situation analysis. It
involve getting acquainted with the company, its business, its
product, market environment, advertising, etc through extensive
formal investigation which consisted of talking to people outside
the company as well as the company official, the customer
distribution etc.
The next was to determine the information needs in specific.
This depended a lot on the nature of the product. The objective is
to get better people & to satisfy customer need. No less important
was the determination of the source of information both primary
and secondary data source has been used here to obtain more
accurate informations & results. Primary data have been collected
through questionnaires & interviews of nearly 500 farmers and
data sources like publication journals & reports was also consulted
in order to get prior information about the market.
After consulting the secondary data source, questionnaire
used here is a systematic structure questionnaire & thinking on a
particular question. In survey respondent are asked question which
give factual information. The answer is generally in affirmative or
negative. The communication was done with the respondent, in
verbal form also care was taken to ensure that the response.

DATACOLLECTION METHOD

For the completion of this project I have taken the help
of both primary and secondary data.

PRIMARY DATA:-
For collection of primary data I have opted the
sampling techniques and the perception and response of
each sample unit is included. We obtained the data through
direct communication with respondent in one form and
through personal interviews. There are several method of
collecting primary data, particularly in survey and
descriptive research.

SECONDRY DATA:-
For the secondary data I have taken the help of my
company guide as well as the web site of DATAPRO3X as well
as web site of various companies. Apart from this I have also
taken the help of some magazines, newspaper, journal, just
dial site and from various published article.

RESEARCH DESIGN:-
This is based on customer research design is the
arrangement of connection and analysis of data in manner
that aim to combine relevance to the research purpose with
economy in procedure the research design specifies the
method of data collection & data analysis.
The design of research happens to be in respect of:-
1) What is the study about?
2) Where will the study is carried out?
3) What will be the sample size?

LIMITATIONS:-
During a short period of time it is difficult to know about
the proper marketing survey strategies in the organization.
In the part of the survey I came to know that,

The response of customers are really so bad.
The process is so expensive.
It is time taking.
Lots of personal bias.
Questioners are so lengthy.
Questions are not accurate, lots of error.

QUESTIONNAIRE:

I have collected data from various sources by asking
following questions.
1) What is the highest qualification attained by this
person?
2) Is there any business activity is carried out from this
premise?
3) Are you a satisfied customer of the software market?
4) Are you interested to knowing about the current trends
in computer software?
5) Are you interested in purchasing the latest version of
computer software?
6) Who is your favorite software provider?
7) What do you think is Infosys position in the world
software export market?
8) Are you a frequent buyer of Infosys software?
9) Do you think Infosys will be triumphant over all its
competitors?

RECOMMEDATION

CONCLUSION
This study will help the management to identify the
customers who are using the web based products and can
diversify their visions and goals. Similarly, this study will also
enable management to understand the basic needs of the
customers as well as the suggestion given by different
customers for the required changes they want in order to be
utmost satisfied. It will also provide the company with the
satisfaction of customers and take action on that basis .After
the study it is concluded that the organization should adopt
certain policies/measures on recommendations provided by
the respondent.

After making the survey by facing a lot of difficulties I had
learned many things such as team work and how to convince
a respondent to give the interview and last but most
important thing is that earning money is not easy in this
comparative and comparative world.
