Human resources have been recognizes in human relations theory. The
belief in human relations theory is each individual is special and the way of he or she works is determines by their own attitude and behaviour. This theory is against the thought that monetary is the factor that people can stimulate automatically. Human relations theory did not succeed in establishing new concepts even though the theory was one of the greatest advances in management. The limitations of Human Relation Theory are; first, the Human Relations theorists are of the notion that people would perform efficiency by removing fear. This notion is criticizing the expectation that workers can motivated to work out of fear. The significant contribution have been made by human relations approach at a time is when it was generally being expect that workers have to be forced to work. Up to now, this theory has only little say about positive motivation among workers. Human Relations theorists have been generalized the positive motivation aspect. Secondly, focus on work is one of the aspects which does not provide in the theory. Interpersonal relations and on the informal group being emphasizes more in this theory. As a result, this approach believe kind of work the workers does is not influence her or his behaviour, attitudes and efficiency but it was being affect by his relation with his fellow-workers. Lastly, Human Relation does not understand the economic implication of organizational problems. Hence, most of the principle recommend was not suit in organizational context. This theory also have tendency to be doubtful. It emphasizes on giving the workers a sense of responsibility rather than telling them what their responsibilities are. These Human Relations theory has brought significant contributions to the field of management. It contributes useful instruction in how employer can understand their employees and manage them. It also states that in managing the workforce effectively, attitudes and behaviour is important. While building of management is to be built, Human Relations theory has been one of the important foundations. The theory of Human Relations has its limitations too even though its has carry out great perception. This theory focuses more on the informal group and is very doubtful about the positive motivation aspects.
