One cell can *e di)ided into t4o su*cells 4ith Co-BCCH function' The t4o su*cells

concentric circles' +u*cell # is the outer circle and su*cell ! is the inner circle'
;hen the t4o su*cells ha)e different fre6uency *andsG they are called as dual-

The adopted channel allocation and hando)er al(orith.s for the concentric circles and
