What do you prefer, (a) or (b) etc. Fy swat for different types of fruits and vegetabes using fashcards. !ecipe game chop, sice, sha"e, mi# actions. Food fishing students have to find the correct food fashcard attached to magnetic fish and $hoo"% it up. &a"ing menus for imaginary restaurants and roe paying with them. We wi aso discuss the three main meas of the day brea"fast, unch, dinner and the different foods we eat at these times. We wi create a food dispay to decorate our outside dispay board. Phonics &T' (!ke) This week in phonics we are going to review the entire Oxford Phonics World 2 ooklet! We will look at all the different so"nds fro# the ook and the st"dents will enco"raged to spell the words$ "se the# in a sentence and provide rhy#ing words! We are going to play so#e ro"nds of ingo "sing all the words fro# the ook and we will play the %crocodile ga#e& "sing all of the flashcards! This week we will also foc"s on learning the co##on key words "sed in the '"estions the st"dents see! We are going to foc"s on( #atch$ listen$ repeat$ circle$ read$ chant$ spell$ point$ rhy#e! We will also do so#e work in o"r handwriting ooklets and o"r alternative phonics ooklets which covers the sa#e words and so"nds! We are going to do a listening test of )0 words this week! The st"dents will listen to the words called o"t y the teacher and write the# down! When we are finished Wr!t!n# Pract!ce There will not e any specific writing practice this week$ however$ there are so#e st"dents whose writing is eginning to deteriorate and * will give the# extra practice to do in the hopes that they i#prove!
