SPECIAL SELECT STANDThG COMMITTEE OF THE ASSEMBLY ON MEMBERS SERVICES ORDER NO. MSC 3/99 Pursuant to section 45 of the Legislative Assembly Act (S.A. 1983, c. L-1O. 1), the Special Select Standing Committee on Members Services hereby makes the following Order, being the Transportation Amendment Order (No. 3): The Transportation Order (RMSC 1992, c. T-2) is amended by this Order. 2 The following is added after section 1: TLG 1.1 Reasonable living and travelling expenses may be paid to PN 5SOF or on behalf of a Members spouse, family member or guest SPOUSE, FAMILY MEMBER OR who accompanies a Member to or joins a Member in GUEST Edmonton or, providing the trip is related to the Members public or official business, any other part of Alberta, subject to a maximum of 4 round trips in any one fiscal year. Passed at the City of Edmonton, the 16th day of December, 1999. Hon. Ken Kowaiski, M.L.A. Chairman Approved as to form __________________________ Shannon Dean Parliamentary Counsel REVISED MEMBERS SERVICES COMMITTEE ORDERS TRANSPORTATION AMENDMENT ORDER (NO.3) SPECIAL SELECT STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE ASSEMBLY ON MEMBERS SERVICES ORDER NO. MSC 3/99 Pursuant to section 45 of the Legislative Assembly Act (S.A. .1983, c. L- 10.1), the Special Select Standing Committee on Members Services hereby makes the following Order, being the Transportation Amendment Order (No. 3): 1 The Transportation Order (RMSC 1992, c. T-2) is amended by this Order. 2 The following is added after section 1: 1.1 Reasonable living and travelling expenses may be paid PSOF to or on behalf of a Members spouse, family member or EILY guest who accompanies a Member to or joins a Member in GUEST Edmonton or, providing the trip is related to the Members public or official business, any other part of Alberta, subject to a maximum of 4 round trips in any one fiscal year. 3 This Order comes into force on April 1, 2000.
