Contralores somos todos significa que quien es responsale de las atriuciones que le
confieren el ordenamiento legal y reglamentario, seamos servidores p!licos en distintas
escalas "errquicas de la administracin o ciudadanos veedores de la actuacin de los
administradores, deemos traa"ar con diligencia y #onestidad para que sea una realidad la
transparencia en el mane"o de los fondos y recursos de la $acin. %ontralores somos todos no

disponga y de conformidad con los principios fundamentales de su derec#o interno,
para fomentar la participacin activa de personas y grupos que no pertenezcan al
sector p!lico, como la sociedad civil, las organizaciones no guernamentales y las
organizaciones con ase en la comunidad, en la prevencin y la luc#a contra la

corrupcin, y para sensiilizar a la opinin p!lica con respecto a la existencia, las
