Job Profile:

(A) HR/Operations

1. External Operations:
Employee engagement and employee life cycle management(From Joining to exit
Preparing Payroll of more than 1000 employees individually.
Preparing ESI, PF, PT, Service Tax statements monthly.
Maintaining MIS reports.
Process of arrears, Bonus, increments, other incentives, & allowances along with the
present salaries.
Statutory records maintenance like Master roll, OT register, wage register, fines
register, Damages, Workmen, ESI & Advances register etc.
Attending internal and external audits as per the client schedule.
Salary distribution and coordinating with the banks for salary uploads.
Conducting campus drives as per the requirements.
Maintaining good relationship with the clients for smooth flow operations.

2. Industrial relations:
Employee grievance handling, shop floor administration, Settlement of dispute,
coordinating meeting with workmen and local leaders for smooth functioning of the
Plant operations.

3. Internal Operations:

Taking care of joining formalities of the employees.
Co-ordination with the new joiners of the internal employees.
Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft and Hard form)
Issuing employee Identity Cards and pay slips.
Opening employees salary (Bank) accounts.

(B) Vendor Coordination:

Coordination with the concerned HODs/branches for recruitment of various
positions existing in the department i.e., identifying the vacancies from time to time
Understanding the clients requirement and sourcing the relevant profiles through
internal referencing and external entities like search portals i.e. Naukri, Times Jobs
and Monsters etc.
Scheduling and conducting the interviews.
Keeping follow up and interacting with client and candidate till the final stage.
Coordinating for meetings
Check the statutory documents of the contractors before finalizing the Contractors,
regular checking the status of the documents of the contractors, Comply as per the
Govt. rules & regulation.

(C) Manpower Planning:

Planning for blue collared staffing
Visiting various plants and identifying the requirements in production process
Undertaking time and motion study to identify the ways through which maximum
output can be achieved through minimum manpower resources
Framing work direction and plan for the associates after thorough assessment of
their capabilities.
Adjusting the Manpower day to day as per the requirements.

(D) Training and Development activities:

Identifying training needs and preparing annual/half yearly training calendar
Coordinated for both internal and external training.
Introducing new employees (blue-collared, white-collared) to a new process.
Assigning them their roles and responsibilities through proper training for a
specific period of time.
Conceptualizing training and development initiatives for improving employee
productivity, building capability and quality enhancement.
