PRESENTATION NOTE:

Elefe.com S.R.L. is an Argentinian company with 100% national capital, from its beginning has
adopted different rules and techniques tending to promote new projects where creativity and innovation
turn into generators of new ideas and work. In this aspect, it is unquestionable that the technological
changes demand a strong and almost inexhaustible generation of ideas for the implementation of new
technologies.

In this area and especially for the Argentine Air Force, Elefe.com S.R.L. performed the engineering
development, manufacture and installation of the following products:

1. Amplifiers of solid state with modulator of width of pulses for systems DME Wilcox model 596-B
and 596-C having installed to the date 52 modules corresponding to the whole system park DME model
596-B and 596-C installed in Argentina (includes the equipment under the control of the Argentine Air
Force and ARMY).

2 . Modular equipment of digital remote control for systems of radioayudas, balizamiento, alarms of
intrusion and retaining walls. Nowadays in 20 airports of our country, the radioayudas systems (ILS,
VOR/DME, etc) are controlled and supervised by these systems.

3. Transmitters and digital systems NDB with power from 100W up to 700W. (These equipments are in
process of homologation by INTI).

4. Automatic acoustic coupler of antenna and systems irradiantes frangibles constructed according to
the recommendations established by OACI document 9157 AN/901 Part 6 frangibilidad.

5. Digital indication screens and NDB systems alarm.

6. Emergency supply system 12VDC, 24VDC, 110VAC and 220VAC with powers from 1Kw up to
25Kw.

7. A system of precision approximation based in transponder (Transponder Landing System) TLS is in

process of development and manufacture.

With the aim of strengthening technological infrastructure, provide products and services of better
quality, improve the cohesion and the organization capabilities, our company conducted a contract
(work order 10342) with the INTI (NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY-
Research Center) who will develop and implement a Quality Management system (ISO 9001/2008).

At present Elefe.Com S. R. L. possesses a technical and administrative structure capable of carrying

out facilities, repairs, maintenance, inspection and support to the air verification of communication
systems and radio in different airports having the possibility to attend several sites simultaneously.

Complaints of any kind made outside the opening hours (08:30AM to 17:30PM) are looked after by
our Telephone Attention Service which has two mobile telephone lines 24 hours
available during the 365 days of the year.
