Specialised as it nature of business for General Construction, Project Management
Consultancy, Building Maintenance and Management And Property Development . Tech Art
is 100% a Malay company providing the most comprehensive for the concept, maintenance,
Commercial, Industrial and Structure. Tech Art Sdn Bhd have obtain quality accreditation
(ISO9001:2008) for its strategic business value. Rm 10,000,000.00 is the value for Tech Art
Paid up Capital. Maybank (M) sdn bhd., RHB bank and Bank Islam (M) Sdn Bhd were their
bank of trusties. Tech Art Sdn Bhd had involve to construct various type project, such as
construction Building Works/ Infrastructure, Project Management, Facilities Management,
Design and Built Drainage and Sewerage Treatment Plants. Mostly MARA and Government
project were handled by Tech Art As it main Construction engineer. Some of the finished
projects are Construction - Malaysian Institute of Aviation Technology (MIAT) Campus in
Dengkil (cost value: RM 73,180,000.00), MARA Advanced technical College (KKTM) Alor
Gajah (cost value: RM 56,800,000.00), MARA junior Science college (MRSM) Langkawi
(cost value RM 42,000,000.00). Project Management KTMB Electrified Double Tracking
project (contract value: RM 12.48 billlion), MARA University of Technology (Uitm)
