We ask that you leave it up to us to place the animals into the appropriate homes. We have an extensive screening process, which ensures just the right match. Realizing that this is a temporary arrangement, are you certain that you will be able to remain emotionally separated and able to part with the foster animals when the time comes?

Critical Care for Animal Angels Temporary Care Release Form
I, the undersigned, being the responsible spokesperson for my household: Agree to the foster responsibilities including providing fresh water, food, and shelter.
Agree that no one in my household has ever been charged or convicted of any state or local animal cruelty or neglect violations.
Agree that no foster dog shall be tied up with rope, chained, put on a run or confined in an inadequate pen facility or kept primarily outside.
Agree to keep your foster dog (s) on a leash or enclosed (within a fence adequate for the animal or in a home) at all times. Foster cats must be kept indoors at all times (only allowed outside secured in a carrier).
Release CCAA from all liability of any kind, except for the pre-authorized veterinary expenditures while fostering animals.
Agree that if I decide to adopt the animal I will seek approval by my CCAA contact and agree to pay the full adoption fee.
Agree that I will not transfer possession or custody of my foster animal to any other person at any time, except for temporary, short-term possession for the purpose of vet care, grooming, etc.
Agree that I will not transfer or adopt out any foster pet without an adoption application approved by CCAA, a signed contract, and receipt of check, cash or proof of PayPal payment.
Agree that all primary enclosures where animals are housed will be kept cleaned and free of feces and other contaminated matter.
Agree that both personal and foster animals exhibiting a vicious disposition must be housed individually. Animals suspected of having a communicable or infectious disease must be separated from other animals.
Agree I will not bring stray or abandoned animals into my household without explicit approval from my CCAA contact, and will notify my contact if I am fostering dogs for another organization.
Agree that I will report to my CCAA contact should my foster pet exhibit any aggressive behavior, and especially a dog bite incident.
Agree that CCAA has the right to conduct a home inspection with notice and may remove the animal to another foster home if they feel it is in the best interest of the animal or foster.
I agree that I am fostering this animal for CCAA, and that I do not have any right of ownership over my foster animal. CCAAs rights in and to my foster animal are superior to mine. I also agree to provide CCAA access to my home and property to check on my foster animal, at any time that I am in possession of my foster animal. Initial: Initial Here
I agree to immediately return any foster animal in my care to CCAA, at their request at any time and for any reason. If CCAA is forced to undertake any action to enforce this provision of the agreement, I agree to indemnify CCAA for all court costs and attorneys fees connected with such an action. If I am planning to move at any time during the period covered by this agreement, I agree to contact the CCAA prior to my move, with new contact information. I understand that CCAA has the right to request return of my foster animal based on such a change of residence, and agree that I will surrender my foster animal to CCAA immediately upon request. Agree that I will seek veterinary care and/or consult with a CCAA contact when any animal shows signs of illness.
Agree that I will obtain monthly heartworm preventatives by picking them up at adoption events.
Agree that I am responsible for purchasing food and other basic supplies for my foster animals, except for donated food that may be provided by CCAA.
Agree that I will support CCAAs effort to find suitable homes for my animals, including: o Transporting my foster dogs to adoption events at least twice per month, except for those cases (such as young puppies, dogs with behavioral problems, and ill dogs) that would preclude the dogs from appearing at public events. o Making arrangements to show my foster pets to prospective adopters outside pet adoption events and performing adoptive home checks.
I agree that if I fail or refuse to comply with any provision of this agreement, CCAA has the right to terminate this agreement and also has the right to the immediate surrender and return of my foster animal and any other animals for whom I am providing foster care for CCAA. I further consent to provide CCAA with access to my premises if necessary to facilitate the return.
