Prefer standard books of NCERT of 11th and 12th so that it will be helpful for you to go
through the examination. You can even prefer some of the standard books mentioned
below:-
Overall you can prefer for
H.C Verma book for Physics,
NCERT Book For Chemistry,
M.L. Khanna for Maths.

Prefering or going through these books in a proper manner will sure bring you success. But
if you wish the preparation to be much tight then you can prefer various books chapter
wise. Some of the book which you can prefer chapter wise are:-
For Physics you can go through the below mentioned books
MECHANICS
Physics by H.C. Verma
Resnick and Halliday

ELECRICITY AND MAGNETISM
Resnick and Halliday
Circuits devices and systems by R.J. Smith

OPTICS and MODERN PHYSICS
Physics by H.C. Verma

MODERN PHYSICS
Physics by H.C. Verma

HEAT AND WAVES
Physics by H.C. Verma
Resnick and Halliday

For the Problems in all the above chapter in physics you can prefer I.E. Irodov books.
For Chemistry you can prefer some of the below mentioned books
ORGANIC CHEMISTRY
Morrison & Boyd

INORGANIC CHEMISTRY
NCERT Inorganic Chemistry
Concise Inorganic Chemistry by J.D. Lee

GENERAL CHEMISTRY
J.D. Lee
O.P. Aggarwal

For Maths you can prefer some of the following books like
ALGEBRA
IIT Maths by M.L. Khanna

CALCULUS and ANALYTIC GEOMETRY
G.N.Berman
Calculus and analytic geometry by Thomas and Finney
IIT Maths by M.L. Khanna
I.A.Maron

VECTORS
IIT Maths by M.L. Khanna

So,to score well in IITJEE examination these books will surely help you.
How to start with what book for IIT Maths?

ok,let us go in this way
for algebra
go with
elementary algebra(hall and knight or SL.Loney)
higher algebra(hall and knight or SL loney)

for co-ordinate geometry
go with
coordinate geometry (SL LONEY)
or
paly with graphs---ARIHANT
buy tata mcgraw series
i say it's standard is too high

for proper basics, learn books of 8th,9th,10th
im also in 11th
also ask the book seller which book provides best quality of sums required for IIT
he may say das gupta ot ML.Khanna
those books are of very high standard
buy one of them

thats it
everything is done

FOR PHYSICS,
first buy BRIJ LAL ans SUBRAHMANYAM
THEN CONCEPTS OF HC.VERMA
THEN DO THE SUMS OF BRIJ LAL
they provide you sums based on direct formula for grip on the topic
Then go with books which proide the sums for EAMCET or K-CET or like that
after that book go with D.Pandey
then at last do the probles of HC VERMA
THEN go with Resnick and haliday
ultimately do the problems of IE.Irodov

for chemistry:-
buy numeric chemisty -P.Bahadur
buy universal self scorer-an ultimate book
also but organic chemistry,inorganic,physical-OP TANDON

this maycost around 3000\-
let me desdcribe the books mentioned by the IIT site
