1. The students belonging to SC/ ST/ BC/ EBC/ Disabled/ Minority categories will be
considered for Reimbursement of Tuition Fee (RTF) /Financial Assistance under
(FAST) is subject to verification and eligibility criteria prescribed by respective
State Governments of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana . Tentative fee payable now
is subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria. In case found not eligible, the candidate
shall pay the difference of fee.
2. As per Memo No.286/EC.A2/2014 Higher Education Department, Government of
Andhra Pradesh dated 24-08-2014, All the students, who are local as per
Presidential Order in the State of Andhra Pradesh, whether they are studying
in the institutions in Andhra Pradesh or Telangana State shall be given fee
reimbursement from the Government of Andhra Pradesh as per the eligibility
criteria of fee reimbursement scheme of the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
3. As per the approved note of higher education department of Govt. of Telangana
dated : 12/08/2014, Students may be eligible for financial assistance to the
students of Telangana [under FAST Scheme] vide GO Rt No.36, SCD
Department Dated 30th July 2014, subject to eligibility as per the detailed
guidelines to be issued by the Government of Telangana shortly.
4. In case of candidates with local area=NL, the eligibility for RTF/FAST will be as
decided by both the State Governments. <LI.< li>
As per the interim orders of A.P.Honble High Court in writ petitions filed by respective
(allotted) college, the candidate is informed about the impending liability to pay the
differential amount (fee), if any, depending on the result of the writ petitions and the
petitioner-managements are entitled to obtain an undertaking to this effect.
Instructions to Candidates:
1. Download the allotment order and challan (Indian Bank or Andhra Bank) and pay
the fee amount in the bank and obtain remaining two counterfoils of the challan
from bank.
2. Report at the nearest Helpline Centre(HLC) with two copies of allotment order and
fee paid challan on the dates mentioned below:
From Rank 1 to 50000 on Dt: 01/09/2014
From Rank 50001 to 100000 on Dt: 02/09/2014
From Rank 100001 to 150000 on Dt: 03/09/2014
From Rank 150001 to LAST RANK on Dt: 04/09/2014
and those who are not reported on above dates can report on Dt: 05/09/2014
from Rank 1 to Last.
3. Obtain the signature and stamp of the HLC Coordinator on the allotment order.
4. Report at the allotted college with the allotment order countersigned at HLC.
5. Submit your Original Certificates, Receipt of Certificates and Fee paid
challan only in the college where you are finally allotted at the end of final
phase of counselling.
6. Failure to report to the college on or before 06/09/2014, this provisional
allotment automatically stands cancelled and candidate has no claim on the
Provisional Allotment made.
