Produced cost savings of $1.8M the first year through strategic sourcing and the implementation of a new inventory control system utilizing a

Decreased food waste by 13% by designing and installing electronic tracking system of all meals for inmates ensuring medical, diet and religious
meals were served to the correct inmates.
