School: School of Education Major: Bachelor of science in education with secondary teacher certification (124 Hours) Minor: Community Health (19 Hours) Education Psychology (18 Hours) Want: Joint Bachelor's Degree of science education/ Masters of public Health in Community Health education. (5 year program study) How does this apply? Baylor University is a dream school that I would like to attend. The school I would have to attend School of education. I want to Major in Mathematics which I would have to take 124 hours to be able to have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics. I would minor in community health. Health is something i've always wanted to teach. I'm someone who cares about health and teaching it and helping kids take care of their health. Instead of having a coach who doesn't care about health. I would have to take 19 hours. Right now I am just thinking of minoring in health but i might go back to school and major in health. I want to have a full understanding when im teaching health and be able to help students know what I've learned. Education Psychology I would want to minor in because I want to study how people are and why they act that way. It would be good for working in schools and I wouldn't mind teaching psychology. Psychology has always interested me so continuing my studies in it would be good for a classroom setting especially since I would like to teach high school.
