2 cups butter

Ingredients
1/2 pound butter or margarine
1 cup brown sugar light, packed
1 cup sugar

3 large eggs

3 cups biscuit baking mix (bisquick)

1 cup cornstarch

1/2 cup milk, skim, (non fat) powder non-fat
2 tablespoons coffee powdered
1 tablespoon cocoa powder unsweetened

4 ounces pecans chopped
Directions
With electric mixer, high speed, cream butter until light and fluffy.
Beat in sugars, beating until very creamy.
Beat in eggs, then each remaining ingredient, except chips and pecan.
When dough is smooth, work in chips and pecans with spoon.
Make grape-sized pieces of dough for each cookie, placing 1 inch apart on ungreased sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 14 minutes or until golden brown.

200 g white sugar
220 g packed light brown sugar
225 g butter
235 ml vegetable oil

Directions
1. Thoroughly cream sugars, margarine, oil, egg, milk and vanilla.
2. Add dry ingredients, nuts and chocolate chips.
3. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
for 8-12 minutes. (Cookies are light in color when done.)

A:
2 cups butter.
2 cups granulated sugar.

B:
4 eggs.
18 oz chocolate bar, grated.
2 tsp essence vanilla.
1 tsp salt.

C:
4 cups flour.
2 tsp baking soda.
5 cups blended (fine powder) oatmeal.
2 tsp baking powder.

D:
3 cups almond nuts, chopped.
24 oz chocolate chips.

Method:
5. 1. Cream A till well blended. Add in B and cream till smooth.

3. Add in C, mix till well blended.

4. Lastly, add in D and mix till well combined.

5. Drop a teaspoonful of the dough into the greased pan and press it with fork.

6. Bake at 170C for 10-15 minutes.

7. Bahan-bahan:
1 cawan butter
1 1/2 cwn tepung gandum
1/2 cwn tepung jagung
1 s/k soda bicarbonat
1 cawan gula halus
1 cawan gula perang
2 1/2 cawan oat yg dimesin halus (sukat oat dan kemudian dimesin hingga halus)
12 oz. chocolate chips (eryne gune brand Hershey)
1/2 s/k garam
9 oz. chocolate Cadbury (parut)
2 biji telur
1 s/k baking powder
1 1/2 cawan chopped nuts (eryne gune walnut, almond & hazel)
1 s/k vanilla
8. Cara:
1. Pukul butter dan gula hingga gebu.
2. Masukkan telur dan vanilla, campurkan tepung, oat, garam, baking powder dan soda
bikarbonat.
3. Masukkan chocolate chips Hershey, Cadbury bar (yg dah di parut) dan kekacang,
sebatikan semua bahan dan gaul rata.
4. Kemudian sudukan ke dalam loyang dlm jarak 2 inci.
5. Bakar dalam 15min pd suhu 170 degree celcius.
