Custom casing for standard components
Since this unit will be produced in such a small quantity, pro-
duction technique have to be taken into consideration in an
early stage. Developing a advanced technical product is ex-
tremely expensive and complex. By using standard products
and have them work together in a custom designed casing.
This cost could be cut signifcantly. The casing can be produced
by 3D printed, laser cut and cnc milled to get a accurate ft and
function to fair price. This would also allow for simple upgrades
an customization of the units.
In the example below, the unit are equipped for video confer-
ence, observation, Projection and motion tracking. The projec-
tor could be switched to a stereoscopic projector in order to
provide 3D visualizations.
