world’s first ever-painting service offered by Paint Manufacturing Company.

We, at Asian Paints Home Solutions, believe in delivering a hassle free painting
service keeping in mind quality and time constraints. The service offered
comprises of a concept wherein we will take up the contract from start to finish
including Material and Labour.

Asian Paints Home Solutions is rendering painting services through its authorized service
provider M/s Colourspeak Services. Due to this unique painting service offering, we are
at a position to offer you warranty on workmanship as well. Moreover even the
Warranty on workmanship is issued by Asian Paints Ltd.

The Apply – Supply model being the need of the hour to ensure proper quality
control during implementation as well as support afterwards, we feel that only
Asian Paints Home Solutions can suit the market requirement.

We take this opportunity to thank you for your kind support to us and also for the
courtesy extended to us during our discussion. Further to our discussion please find
enclosed description of various products with our offer to you.

Some benefit of such kind of Apply- Supply model is mentioned below.

1. We do a testing of the surface so that you will be aware of the status.

2. Also we will inform you in case we observe any abnormality on the surface
unearthed during scrapping job, which may require a civil job to be conducted by
you.
3. We recommend a proper painting system so that an excellent performance can
be expected after the painting is carried out.
4. We submit a thorough estimate with detail measurement and offer the option of
joint measurement prior to the job. This ensure that you pay only for the painted
sq ft area
5. We have selected our panel of applicator only after detail evaluation and trained
them regarding the recommended practices so that you can be rest assured
about the quality of workmanship.

6. Our applicators are specially trained for covering furniture, other valuable
accessories before painting job starts and cleaning the leftovers of paint marks
etc after job is done.
7. Since this is apply – supply model, the search for a good product / trust worthy
painter ends at us only.
8. Moreover our dedicated supervisors visit the sites periodically. Any concern of
regular updation on the progress of the job on committed timeline with proper
quality will be taken care off.

the painting process.

Credit Policies

• Less than 40000 job value - 100% advance through single cheque ( current date to enable
immediate finalization of PE )
• Greater than 40000/- site value – Advance of Rs.40000/- through a single cheque( current
date to enable immediate finalization of PE ) & PDC Of balance amount through a single
cheque ( dated not later than 10 days from current date )

Note: Above rates are inclusive of LABOUR + MATERIAL + VAT + & 1 year
Warranty for Paint and Workmanship (for Institutions and Society service tax extra as
applicable)

Note: If Contract is made in commercial Name then service tax will be charged extra on the
total job value.

If Required P.O.P (Patra Finish) will be charged extra at the time of surface
sanding. It has to be paid directly to our applicator (Rs.6/-per sq. ft).
Other terms and condition

 Any civil work relating to Waterproofing, Plaster of Paris, Crack-Filling, Weak

Plaster, scaffolding for interior surface whenever required will be outside the
purview of Asian Paints Home Solutions.
 Upgrading to any high-sheen finish enhances visibility of the undulations
on wall substrate. Areas related to the rectification of substrate
undulations are outside the purview of painting job.
 The site evaluation before the job is undertaken will be carried out on a restricted
sample and is not representative for the entire paintable surface.
 Asian Paints Home Solutions warranty stands for paint and workmanship only.
Warranty shall not be valid for any external factors or leakage, seepage or cracks
on substrate / plaster or weakening plaster which may cause any change or
impact the final finish on the wall
 All payments should be made by A/C payee Cheque/DD only & drawn in favour of
“Colourspeak Services”
 Cheques should be payable locally.
 All rework claims, shall be subject to inspection of site by Authorized Asian
Paints representative.
 Liability is limited to making good the affected areas only.
 Work shall commence 7 days from collection of relevant cheque and work order
as applicable
 Refund paid for any stoppage of work, shall be at the direction of APIL. It shall be
limited to the extent of job left unfinished.
 Orders for a particular shade once accepted will not be changed.
 Consumer shall make the site available at all periods of time. All deadlines for
project completion one subject to customer handing over site according to APHS
guide liner.
 Painting Methodology recommended by Asian Paints will be followed.
 Estimate is valid only for the areas mentioned above. Raising an Amendment to
the work order shall provide any additions/deletions.
 Kindly retain these documents for all future communication.

1 Year warranty for Paint and workmanship shall be issued along with the
invoice after the completion

Please note that in case any suggestion (which are outside the purview of Painting process and thus outside the
purview of Asian Paints Home Solutions) given above is as per our observation and we cannot be held
responsible or liable in any manner what so ever. In case of any doubt, you are free to take suggestion and
advise from anybody related to painting and / or Civil, waterproofing and structural field.
