Objectives of the
training:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES TO BE ACQUIRED
As a result of the 3 weeks training abroad the student will be involved in he
following sets of duties:
1. CLIENT SUPPORT
Assists users to resolve problems running all software including Operating
System
Assists users to resolve problems operating all hardware including desktop
hardware, printers and multifunctional copiers, telephony equipment
including cellphones and smart phones, and other department specific
hardware
Assists departments in Internet and Intranet website development,
administration, security, support,

2. SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATION

Assists in the physical installation and support of computer hardware and
software including all computer systems, printers, multifunction copy
machines, telephony equipment, and point-of-sale related hardware
Assists in maintaining a complete inventory of all systems, peripherals, and
networking equipment
Shares responsibility for system and data backup including the
maintenance

3. Work and country culture knowledge and skills

Get to know the customs and organisation of workload in the company
Get to know the culture and tradition of the region

4. Knowledge and linguistic skills
Improve communication skills in Spanish & English
Improve the ability to use English and Spanish sectorial language


PROGRAMME AGENDA 3 WEEKS STAY IN SPAIN

Sunday Arrival in Ubeda
Accommodation at euroMind residential house

Welcome Session: presentation of the agenda, work placements, cultural
and linguistic programme, ground and accommodation rules, handing in of
informative materials, maps, keys, travel cards.
Walk around Ubeda
Spanish classes 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon
