Summary
You are a member of a consultant team hired by one of these two kinds of companies:
A Chinese company trying to expand into the US
A US company trying to expand into China
Your role is to prepare a report to convince your client (your company) whether the company
needs the international expansion. If you support the expansion, you should tell your client
why it is possible, plausible, and profitable. If you dont, you should tell your client reasons
as well.
You will be presenting to representatives of the Hejun Consulting Group (HCG) in the
afternoon of August 15th. They may ask you questions about your presentation and offer
feedbacks on your presentation and business plan
Representatives of the HCG will grade every team from three aspects: Analysis skill,
Presentation skill, and Strategy vision. Team with the highest grade is the winner and will
receive a reward.

Each team will have a mentor, a professional consultant from the HCG. You can ask him/her
for advice or guidance.

Guidelines
Create and present a PowerPoint presentation
The presentation should be 25 minutes long in total (when time is out, every minute will cut
certain points from your final grade)
All members of your team must present
The presentation should be written and given in English (Chinese is also acceptable if
necessary)
