Introduction

This course is designed to train managers and staf, the skills of critical think,
problem solving and creative thinking skills using activity oriented methodology.
The learner will be exposed to various problems, under the facilitation of a skilled
consultant trainer, and will in an experiential manner, confront with these
situations and learn in the process. This course can be done over a period of 3-
day session, in-house or externally in a business conference room.
