evolution- They are left as a statue of time, a remin!er of a &ast from #hich many of them #ill
never be allo#e! to recover$
To the %eneral &ublic, &eo&le #ho lan! themselves in ail are &eo&le #ho !eserve their
sentences$ The )ureau of Prisoners sho#s that more than .0/ of criminals are loc"e! a#ay for
!ru% relate! offenses, most of #hich are committe! in the attem&t to attain #ealth or to
financially thrive$ Such hol!s true #ith other offenses li"e ille%al immi%rants, robbers, an!

criminality$ Therefore, there must be a more effective an! results !riven alternative to ail that

e!ucatin% in!ivi!uals, but allo#in% them to ta"e this e!ucation to a hi%her level by achievin%
#or"in% certifications$ )ecause the tar%et %rou& consists of &etty criminals cau%ht u& in
monetary !iscre&ancies, these certification #ill ma"e more these criminals more a&&ealin% in the
#or"force an! more ca&able of le%itimately earnin% moneys so as to !eter them from future
