I/We, having studied all the terms & conditions of the application and having agreed to abide by the same,
hereby apply to provisionally allot to me/us, a residential Apartment in Shantigram Township being
developedby Messers Adani Township&Real Estate Company Pvt. Ltd.

The General Terms and Conditions as outlined beloware indicative in nature. On execution of the Deed of Allotment/ Deed
of Conveyance, as the case may be, the provisions of the same shall supersede these General Terms and Conditions as set
out herein below:
1. Adani Township & Real Estate Company Pvt. Ltd. (ATRECO) being the Developer of Shantigram Township
(the Township) reserves its right to reject the Application of the Applicant without assigningany reason.
2. In the event ATRECO rejects the Application of the Applicant, ATRECO shall communicate the same to the Applicant
within reasonable time and shall refund the Application Money to the Applicant without interest and without liability of
any costs, claims or damages.
3. The Applicant is aware that the Applicant will be required to sign and execute Agreement To Sale, Sale Deed
/Conveyance Deedandany other Agreements, Undertakings in respect of the Unit allottedto the Applicant.
4. The Applicant is aware that 7.5%of the Sale Consideration (Basic Sale Price) paid by the Applicant shall be treated as
Earnest Money.
5. The Applicant understands that ATRECO is required to apply for necessary approvals/ permissions from the
concerned authorities as required for the development of the scheme. Should for any reason ATRECO is unable to
obtain any approval/ permission, the Application Money paid by the Applicant shall be refunded without interest and
without liability of any costs, claims or damages.
6. In case the Applicant(s) is a non-resident/ foreign national of Indian origin, it shall be the sole responsibility of the
Applicant(s) to comply with the provisions of Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, or statutory enactments or
amendments thereof and the rules and regulations of the Reserve Bank of India or any other applicable lawwith regard
to remittance of any amount andfor the acquisition andtransfer of the Unit. It shall be the responsibility of the Applicant
to strictly comply with such regulations and satisfy ATRECO in this regard. Non-compliance by the Applicant of this
condition shall entitle ATRECO, at its own discretion, to cancel the provisional allotment.
7. The Applicant is aware and acknowledges that by signing these General Terms and Conditions, the Applicant is
makinga request for allotment by sale of Unit anddoes not create any right whatsoever of the Applicant.
8. The Applicant agrees and acknowledges that these General Terms and Conditions are not exhaustive in nature and
ATRECOand/or SEMPL shall have the right to vary, amend, modify or alter the same.
9. For the purpose of these General Terms and Conditions, the term 'Applicant' shall mean both individual and joint
applicants, as the case may be. For all purposes, the first Applicant shall be deemed to be the representative of all the
other Applicants. All communications shall be addressedanddeliveredto the first Applicant at the address mentioned
in the Application Form and shall be deemed to be delivered to all the other Applicants in case of a joint application.
Should there be any change in the address of notice as mentioned in the Application Form, it shall be the responsibility
of the first Applicant to intimate the same to ATREOin writingat the earliest andATRECO/ SEMPL will not be responsible
for non-receipt of communication by the Applicant on account of change in the address of notice.

10. Should for any reason the Applicant withdraws or cancels its application form or the allotment, the Applicant shall be
liable to pay cancellation charges as under :
Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousandonly) cancelledwithin first two months
7.5%(Seven andhalf per cent) of the Basic Sale Price, if cancelledthereafter.
In such event, the balance amount after deduction will be refundedto the Applicant without interest.
Basic Sale Price wouldbe as set out in the Price Schedule.
11. The Basic Sale Price mentionedhereinabove shall be subject to price escalation.
12. Government duties paid, if any, shall not be refunded/ reimbursedto the Applicant.
13. The Courts at Ahmedabad shall have the exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of and /or concerning this
transaction.
14. Fromtime to time Shantigramcommunicates various new/ special deals andpromotional offers, which are of significant
benefit to its customers. By signinghereunder, I/we give my/our consent so as to be informedabout such deals/ offers.
I /We have fully read and understood the above-mentioned Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by the same. I /We
understand that the terms and conditions given above are of indicative nature with a viewto acquaint me /us with the terms
and conditions which will be comprehensively set out in Agreement To Sale, Maintenance Agreement, etc. I/ We do
solemnly hereby accept andagree to abide by the same.
