COMBINED STATUS REPORT AND UNOPPOSED
MOTION FOR EXTENSION TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINT
In response to the Court's Order of September 15, 2014, Plaintiff Vringo Infrastructure,
Inc. reports that it and Defendant Belkin International, Inc. have reached a settlement in
principle. The parties expect to complete a formal settlement agreement shortly. Defendant
inadvertently did not file its response to the Complaint by September 12, 2014.
Plaintiff respectfully moves this Court to extend the time by which Defendant must
answer, move, or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's Complaint to September 26, 2014. The parties
expect to complete the formal settlement agreement by that time. Defendant has requested, and
Plaintiff has agreed, to extend this deadline as the parties work to execute the formal settlement
agreement in connection with this Action.
